Hermoso lugar bien ubicado

Las instalaciones son espectaculares. Muy buen desayuno.

No funciona el internet en la habitación que estuve. Y por tanto tampoco la TV. Espero que haya sido algo puntual.

Ideal para descansar

Los espacios comunes, excelente piscina. Un lugar ideal para descansar de un largo viaje. Personal muy amable y atento a nuestras peticiones. 3 semanas antes de hospedarme en este lugar solicité guardar unos objetos de valor, los cuales fueron recibidos sin ningún problema.

Pésima salida e incapacidad del personal para solucionar los problemas

salí decepcionada de la atención del hotel por tener políticas absurdas, al momento de mi checkout me querían cobrar cada toalla $15 por haberla “ensuciado de maquillaje”, era un poco de base para el rostro y es normal que la toalla se ensucie un poco, pero todo sale lavándose ya que no son químicos ni mucho menos sustancias que se impregnan, deberían ser más empáticos y entender que no pueden sacar dinero porque se les da la gana, si un niño llega a regar jugo en la cama o una adolescente mancha sin querer la sabana con sangre porque le llegó la menstruación también cobrarán cada cosa que se manche de forma accidental? Ni en los hoteles y resorts de grandes cadenas tienen estas políticas, ÚNICAMENTE cuando el huésped extravía los artículos del hotel y tendría que hacerse responsable como tal. No creo que vuelva al hotel jamás por cómo su personal no fue capaz de dar una solución y mucho menos proteger al huésped ya que está pagando por un servicio

Nice small hotel with great staff

Staff went out of their way to help with anything we wanted and were really polite and friendly. Interesting juices for breakfast. Pool location very attractive.

Room was a little dated, not clean everywhere. It lacked a safe. Air conditioning was hard to get right.

A great stay in a good hotel.

The staff were excellent at this hotel and a big bonus for us (not speaking Spanish) was that the receptionists spoke excellent English. The accomodation was very secure and the taxis they booked for us were excellent. It is a little oasis in one of the better parts of Guayaquil with some good eating places nearby and a couple of small parks. The rooms and garden area were very nice.

I would have given a ten for this accommodation with just some minor adjustments to the accommodation. For example if they had included safes in the rooms, tissues maybe facities for coffee during the day.

gorgeous comfortable luxury stay within the city

the staff were so friendly, attentive, present, and helpful. the property is an old mansion converted into a hotel and it really has a cozy, luxurious home, quiet and private feel to it. the pool and gardens are beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. just a short ride to the airport which was great as we stayed here on a layover. they let us stay on the grounds while we waited for our evening flight.

The staff was polite and helpful but seemed as though it was an inconvenience. Huge walkin closet could be used for some

Beautiful property in nice neighborhood.

Hot tub did not work. The charming age of building came with heavy pocket doors to use the closet. Dangerous slick shower Needed a bath mat or appropriate tile. Thin curtains and view was of driveway that people were walking on and could see directly in our room.
