Prima hotel, grote kamer (wel wat kaal en saai geschikt voor minder validen). Verder eigen parkeergarage , goed ontbijt. Kortom wat wil je meer

Goed onthaal met alle nodige uitleg, kamers ruim, heel goede bedden, parking bij hotel is pluspunt, wagen mag blijven staan gedurende dag van uitchecken. Kortom prijs/kwaliteit zeker ok.
Ontbijt zeker voldoende aanbod.
Niets voorzien op de kamer voor koffie of thee. Je kan waterkoker vragen aan onthaal, maar die rook verbrand bij opwarming.

La douche a même le sol ce qui met de l’eau partout et n’est pas très agréable.
Le manque de patins sous les fauteuils qui font beaucoup de bruit le matin avec le ménage donc on est réveillé tôt et impossible de dormir après 9h.

De kamer was opvallend ruim en het bed was heel fijn. De kamers was goed schoon.
Het ontbijt viel tegen, we moesten lang op broodjes wachten, die ook al snel weer op waren, doordat er veel mensen aan het wachten waren. De 18 euro vonden wij teveel voor het matige ontbijt. Er was behalve één kaassoort en zoet beleg verder geen keuze voor de vegetariër. Er was geen mogelijkheid om te dineren.

Ontbijt, om 9u was het eten al op. Werd heel traag aangevuld en veel te weinig. Open keuken waar het niet aangenaam was om binnen te kijken.

Precies een ziekenhuis of rusthuis (ik denk echt dat het plan B is voor dit Hotel). Dus niet echt gezellig.
Dicht bij ziekenhuis dus veel sirenes.

De prijs van de garage was redelijk duur.
Geen mogelijkheid voor het nuttigen van warme drank op de kamer.
Een zetel voor 2 met tafeltje zou welkom zijn om even samen te bekomen als je met 2 bent.

Chose for the location which is three blocks from my daughter's apartment. We came to Gent see her. Is a great facility for someone visiting the nearby Sint Lucas hospital with the bathroom clearly designed with potential hospital patients in mind, though this did not apply in our case. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
I dislike the fact that there is a motion sensor on the bathroom light with clear glass doors which disturbs my sleep when my partner uses the facility at night and visa versa. If there was a way of turning that off, we were not told. That's why I rate the bathroom only fair. Also the walk-in shower, while great for a handicapped person, makes for an unnecessary watery mess on the floor for us ordinary folk. While the breakfast was good, it seemed pricey (18 euros per person as I recall) for a pick-what's-pre-prepared style meal. I would be happy with a simpler, cheaper breakfast since I don't typically eat a big breakfast, but given the price I made it a major meal.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, understanding and helpful staff.
I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel. It is an architectural nightmare! I'm 5f4 (1,65m) tall and my feet were dangling 7 inches (20cm) of the ground sitting on the toilet in my room. Impossible to use the toilet in your room. Walk in shower has no curtain/wall, so no matter how carefully you shower, the ENTIRE bathroom (floor, cabinets, (unusable) toilet will be covered in water. Showerhead does not tilt, so you have to hold it anyway, because otherwise it stays in a vertical position. It may look fancy, but the place has no functionality whatsoever. A waste of money. A horrible experience. A lot of discomfort. Truly, the only good thing about it was the friendly staff.

comfy bed, perfect location- within walking distance of the sights, restaurants, supermarket. was nice and quiet. staff were friendly. price very reasonable! car park lift straight to room level perfect for luggage. very clean.

Staff very friendly and helpfull.
There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room.
Plus no relaxed seating for two, just the one chair at the desk.
We did get an extra chair and small table when we asked for it.

Een prima hotel met comfortabele bedden en een goed ontbijt, niet overdreven luxe maar voldoende
De automatische felle verlichting in de badkamer als je 's nachts daar heen moet.
Deze kun je niet zelf aan - of uitzetten. Heeft , zo bleek ons bij navraag , te maken met ook hier verblijvende gasten met beperkingen.
Een comfortabele stoel was ook prettig geweest.

El desayuno estuvo bien, la amabilidad del personal excelente, estaba limpio y todo nuevo. El hall y el bar mucho más bonitos que la habitación que me dieron.
Cuando viajo sola no me gusta que me den habitaciones adaptadas para minusválidos, la cama era excesivamente estrecha y las ventanas no estaban bien insonorizadas, los coches y el tranvía se oían, también los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado, tampoco tenían lleno el minibar y estaba desconectado. Está como a 15 min del centro paseando por calles solitarias.

Müsste ich etwas finden, würde ich sagen, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas stärker sein könnte, aber das war es dann auch schon.

Sehr freundlich: Wir konnten früher einchecken. Sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder. Nicht weit zum Zentrum.
Designerhotel mit entsprechenden Schwächen: Glastür zu Badezimmer/Toilette ist einfach nur dumm. Frühstück eher lieblos und karg, dafür teuer. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder wählen.
