fantastic flat in a great location

a clean , comfortable flat with private parking in a quiet neighborhood near the M5. great communication from the hosts. I would happily recommend this agency for a short let.

a good size property with all the facilities of a family apartment

good size, a short drive into Exeter town centre

a background smell in the property, similar to residual cigar smoke smell, especially strong in the shower room.

Some instructions for the cooker which we were unable to use as it just said Stop despite anything we did.

Great place for contract workers. lots of amenities but beds very uncomfortable .

clean, lots of provisions, very close to supermarkets and eateries.

Mattresses on the bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable. We all had to lay on top of our quilts, with just the throw over us. None of us had a good nights sleep due to this.

Location was good and nearer to motorways and supermarket-s. Well maintained property.

Fantastic property, but could do with a complete bed mattress change as they are not comfortable at all, including sofa cum bed in living room please! Rest all was good.

Met our expectations, did everything we planned to. Accommodation was easy to find, nice quiet area

Very comfortable, location fine, nice and quiet relaxing

Oven did not work hoover did not work This meant it was not value for money. The accommodation is very nice but for price I expect basic essentials to be in working order.
