They need a lot of improvement to respect more the personal items form the travellers.

Location is really good, and Breakfast was very good too.

I lost my sport my shorts from my backpack, I just leave one day to the town and forgot to carry my backpack inside the car. at my return to the hotel my sport shorts was not there. I asked the hotel administration and they only mention no body took nothing and that's was all.

Everything was fine. They have a real good opportunity on the restaurant. There a a few vegan/vegetarian options.

Beer/liquor is way too expensive for the experience. Nothing creative.

It's a nice place to stay. The shows and activities planned are fun. It's great for children.

The food was tasty, the beds were comfortable, the massage was relaxing and the store was very convenient.

Room service was disappointing. It took longer than announced to receive the food. Then, when the food finally came, it came in installments, not everything at once.

Very good option to rest and eat delicious.

Excellent restaurant, food and service. Very calm the hospitality. The pool is in perfect conditions and the outside activities are apropiate to have a good rest.

Breakfast was very good! Food was one of the things that my partner and I liked the most.

The wifi was not working. It didn't work in some areas, especially the rooms.

Very good

The people at the hotel, service, and breakfast were good. The hotel has different options for breakfast. People are nice, and prompt to serve, and help you, as well as to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Wi fi doesn't work in the rooms only in the common areas. Rooms, bathrooms, and TV need updates. It would be nice that the rooms had hairdryer.

Exceptional

Breakfast is really good and complete, the pool is lovely and huge, the staff is very polite. I liked everything here, it's super familiar more than romantic but still a very nice place.
