Overall nice experience and holiday.

Location was great. Balcony views were awesome.

There were no bath towels provided, which was mentioned before check-in. Mattresses were not great, everyone got back and neck aches.

The property could have been cleaner and looking a bit tired internally. Not worth £125 per night.

Good quiet and comfortable accommodation.

Great location for visiting the Caingorms. Excellent views and peaceful site. Comfortable accommodation. Good village shop within a few minutes walk. Excellent local walks.

Only minor points but an information sheet on the local area, shop, cafe, walks etc and facilities would be good. Wi-fi would be appreciated although 4G signal was good.

Lovely location for visiting Landmark, Loch Morlich and other kids attractions , the caravan not !

The kids loved the view with the sheep and rabbits in the field.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the caravan, when we arrived the first thing we were met with was the remnants of someone's lunch on the dinning table and chairs ie crumbs! the main living area of the van was very grubby and in need of a deep clean and upgrading, as was the decking round the caravan with rusty chairs , we had to use our own camping chairs , the hob and oven in the kitchen was covered in grease along the front of it , we didn't use it ! Some black bin liners for the bucket would have been appreciated to make life alot easier ! the bathroom shower was taped up to stop the shower head spurting water everywhere but wasn't actually doing a great job ! my grandchildren were feeling chilly in there bed so I pulled out a spare quilt from the cupboard which had a big blood stain on it ! thankfully I had taken a blanket with me .

Superb

Great location, quiet ,good Outlook dog friendly, cosy, plenty walks from accommodation. I travelled by scotrail then strathspey line, site was easy to find from the station.

Fantastic value and lovely location.

Beautiful location in Boat of Garten, which although it may not have the shops Aviemore does is infinitely quieter and prettier. The lodge looks out over fields with sheep grazing and I even saw a stoat hunting rabbits (which was amazing to see in real life).

The only possible complaint at this price point could be that the lodge was extremely hot but in fairness when I visited it was a heatwave and everywhere was hot. It was quite difficult to cool the property enough to sleep. It’s unlikely to be a problem 50 weeks of the year.

Good location, nice views.

First ever visit to a caravan, nicely laid out, suitable for the two of us. Nice location due to view of the countryside from the lounge/kitchen area.

Great little lodge

The location of the lodge is stunning Very quite area and felt very safe Cosy lodge Perfect for a small family of 3 or 4 Easy to find Contact with the owners was very easy and they replied very quickly. Would definitely like to go back.

Couldn't find the hand towels but wasn't bothered as had our own

Lovely quiet stay with sheep as neighbours. Will book here again.

Location was great with lovely views out back doors onto deck. Nice living room and well equipped kitchen. Very quiet area and close to many places to visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like... just one thing to mention.... the side and back decking become very slippery when wet, and for older people like myself and husband it was a little dangerous. It would also be good to put the net curtains that are on the main bedroom window onto a separate rod. When closing the main curtains the nets got in the way and the main curtains don't come together.

Beautiful location and a lovely lodge. Everything we needed was available. Very enjoyable family stay we will be back.

The decking area needs repaired and a little bit of TLC.

An enjoyable week

There wa# a lack of a milk jug, a water jug and dishes to use in the microwave. Also the electric fire did not work as the buttons for putting it on and off had been removed. But it is an excellent centre for exploring the area.

The location was excellent for exploring the area. The caravan was perfect for our needs and was in a nice quiet place. The decor was modern and there were plenty of cooking materials, however we did not use these as only ate breakfast at the caravan. The boat inn which is a 10 minute walk at best and was great value and delicious meals.

The mattress on the master bed was a little soft and dipped in the middle so could do with replacing soon. There was only one coat peg for a family of 4 to hang coats.

Perfect break

The position of the lodge was perfect - we enjoyed watching the birds and the rabbits from the decking. It was also great to be close to the shop which had nice food to buy. The lodge was well equipped and comfortable- hope to be back!

Lovely, quiet little site in beautiful surroundings. The lodge was cozy and clean with plenty of kitchen and cleaning equipment. Would definitely recommend to others.
