great staff, the guy that was working there was the highlight of the stay

super dirty, weird layout, expensive for no aircon etc, can stay at chacanas place for the similar price a night w aircon plus better hangouts. kitchen was just gross as well

Easy cheap spot to pass days surfing.

Good deal. Closest spot to beach. Safe. Chill owner. Community kitchen. Ac option is needed. Good spot to pass a couple days surfing.

No service in town. Slow wifi. Mosquitos.

Great location, the nearest place in town to the beach

Excellent location 10 minutes walk to the beach and very helpful and friendly owners

Chill place with significant flaws

We stayed here 3 nights and in general it is a quite and chilled place. It is the Hostel closest to the beach but be aware you still need to walk around 20 minutes. There are some nice restaurant with really kind people around.

Unfortunatly the bad sites predominate here. The kitchen is a absolut disaster, I have never seen something like this, bad smell, everything is dirty especially the fridge. The food seems to be left there by guests few week or years ago and nobody cares about it. The Wifi is extra charged for 25 pesos 6 hours. And there are just 2 hammocks and 4 chairs so you can't really sit together or chill in the evenings. When this small things would be fixed it could be a nice place to enjoy the stay at the small surfer paradise.

Overall very disappointed.

great location, nice garden if it was kept a little tidier and less dog poo.

the kitchen was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned…ever? I couldn’t use it to prepare food so had to spend more money than anticipated on eating out. The room was a nice space but one of the mosquito nets on the windows was broken so we couldn’t have it open for fresh air. the bed was an unearthly mix of hard and lumpy, so horrible sleep. the bathroom was fine except for the rotting beetle in the plug hole. the walls are paper thin so woken during the night by neighbours through the walls, and once people took the room upstairs the creaking floor/ceiling was horrendous, so woken/disturbed by that too!

Closest to the beach

This is very basic place, but not far from the almost wild beach and good restaurant. Rooms ware clean and spacious enough. Also there is a kitchen. Beds were fine as well.

We had two rooms and there was no water in one of them, I guess it was a problem with a pressure at that time.

Closest cabanas to the surf!

Great value for money. These are the closest cabanas to the beach. It exceeded my expectations. the rooms are huge. loved staying here

the kitchen is messy so you can't really use it but I didn't want to anyways, there are great restaurants

Excellent stay in paradise.

Excellent service. The cabañas are the closest to the beach and are surrounded by lush plants. Very relaxing. A wonderful and friendly family runs the place and can help you with anything you need.

A nice quiet location near the beach with easy parking and kitchen facilities

It was pretty basic and you have to pay to get on the beach.
