Opción salvable por el precio

El aire acondicionado , la cama y que tiene parking

El intento del dueño de hacer que le pagáramos a mayores del precio más dinero en base a sus cálculos personales de a cómo estaba el dólar y que, obviamente, no coincidía con el oficial, pretendiendo que o lo pagábamos nosotros o sino lo tendría que pagar la persona encargada de recibirnos (que se esforzó en todo momento por atendernos bien). Bastante desorganización. La cocina es un fregadero con algún utensilio y una nevera en un patio desconchado. No hay mesilla y son un tanto cutres con los productos de baño.

Muy cómodo, limpio, bien equipado, el aire acondicionado excelente condiciones enfría totalmente, el servicio de Internet excelente, el apartamento en buenas condiciones. Muy feliz y satisfecha.

We wouldn’t stay there again.

About the only thing we liked about the place was it’s location in a residential area, where it was fairly quiet and we could see how the locals lived.

We were seriously mislead by the photos of the so-called apartment and ended up paying more to get what we had thought we had booked. Also the shared kitchen is a dump and the place is poorly maintained.

Very inconvenient and terrible experience

We reserved two separate one bedroom rooms. They however didn’t give us the rooms we reserved and tried to put us in a three bed room. We are volunteers and our company won’t let girls and guys stay in the same room. Due to them giving our rooms away and giving us the wrong reservation we had to find a different hotel last minute. The staff was very rude and didn’t help with the situation. They immediately kicked us off the property and were very unapologetic when we showed them the confirmation of what we booked. They said we either had to take the room we didn’t book or leave.

low budget but adequate.

pretty close to downtown- easy walk to bus station, restaurants and the coast. it was quiet and the a/c and wifi worked.

it was a bit run down like the rest of the neighborhood. The room wasn’t available until 4pm on our check day

It was a good 15-20 minute walk to the main street. The air conditioning unit was antique and stuck in the window with gaps all around, which meant it was like having a window open. So as well as the noise from the unit you can here the traffic from the main road just behind

I wouldn't recommend this location.

I thought I was getting 3 private rooms with a bath each. I was not informed I needed to bring cash to pay and didn't have it with me. The bed I slept in was as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. 3 people shared the smallest bathroom ever. There was little to no hot water in the shower. The wifi didn't work most of the time.

Great place with fantastic owners!

Owners, who are running the apartments are extremely friendly, helpful family! Even when we checked in too early, they completely didn’t mind. The location is great - close to the city centre, but still a bit outside. In the morning you can be awake by the singing of birds. Room is basic, but there is everything what you need - coffe machine, cooking stuff, air conditioning and private bathroom with hot water. We really recommend to stay here!

Not staying here again.

Decent wifi, shower was hot.

I was put into the wrong room for my first night, an unbearably hot 12x12 space with a partially broken fan. I was not happy. It felt like they were trying to pull one over on me to see if I wouldn't notice. Even in the correct room, the place is swarming with sugar ants, the neighborhood is incredibly loud with a nuisance, mentally challenged rooster that crows in the middle of the night for no reason and loud, partying neighbors next door. Neither a fun nor restful week.

Simple, basic, Safe

I like the entire place, people running it are super nice also. Location is awesome with a grocery store 2 blocks away, smaller store half block away. Beaches within 5 to 10mins Simple, basic and affordable. Safe Check is is very easy, location is so easy to find. (Walking away from the beach turn left at the Pali and walk until bend in the road. HUGE sign tells you your home :)

Cockroach in the room, no mirror in the bathroom, poor lighting, very old and poor mattress. Who, for God's sake, will install air conditioning directly above the bed?! We could't find the hotel. No sign on the building. No doorbell. Everything locked. Some strangers helped us to find and call to the owner. Problem with payment. They try to play a game that they do not have dollars to change. They wanted to change the colons for my 100$ banknote at an unfavorable exchange rate. Don't land on it. After 10min they finally found the dollars for change.

Good value for money, but....

A/C, reliable wifi, private bathroom with hot (yes, actually hot) shower. Flat screen TV for those who want that.

The room is as bare a monk’s cell - uncomfortable bed + naked light bulb, that’s it. Noisy at night.
