El hotel esta muy bien, es cómodo, el desayuno muy completo, puedes pedir lo que quieras dentro de varias opciones que te dan y te lo llevan a la habitación. El personal muy simpático, atentos en todo momento. La piscina calentita se puede disfrutar mucho. Todo muy limpio.

La zona, que no es mala pero necesitas desplazarte, se necesita coche si o si.

La chambre et la vue sur mer est incroyable ! Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et copieux, on en avait assez pour manger le midi. L'hôtel est proche du centre ville ce qui était pratique pour sortir le soir. Un grand merci à l'hôtesse Chris pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses conseils et également aux serveurs qui étaient souriants et agréables.

Les chambres ne sont pas assez insonorisées ! La lunch box n'est pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles. Sandwich insipide et sec, trop grosse différence avec le petit déjeuner, service à ne pas faire. Le parking est un peu petit, manque de place. Petit problème de fermeture de porte qui a mis du temps à se régler....

L’appartement est très spacieux et propre et le Burger était bon. L’hôtel est proche (15 mins en voiture )de la vieille ville de la Canée.

La piscine privée, est très petite comparée à ce qu’on pourrait croire d’après les images. La douche est trop ouverte (vitres laissant un grand espace et aucun moyen de fermer). Le brunch (le petit dej) n’est pas assez varié. Les dames de ménages rentrent bien que le bouton ne pas déranger soit activé.

En un mot : TOUT. La chambre est exceptionnelle, la vue extraordinaire, le personnel au petit soin. Une bulle de détente !

The staff was amazing! Really friendly and they helped us with some special requests. The hotel is really modern, the view from our room was incredible and we really enjoyed the private pool after a warm day in the sun. The breakfast was really great, you have a lot of options and can order just what you need, to avoid any waste. Plus being able to have our breakfast on our balcony was just the best way to start the day.

The concept of the lunch basket is a really good idea, however compared to the amazing breakfast is a bit of a downer. Maybe some options to choose from could be offered (e.g. veggie/non-veggie options).

Zimmertür von Außen sehr heiß (Verbrennungsgefahr aufgrund Metall und Sonne) der automatische Türschließer ist dabei noch fördernd, da die Tür eh nicht richtig schloss, kann man den Autoschließer auch gleich deaktivieren. Zudem das kräftige zuziehen der Tür erwarte ich nicht bei einem Keyless System. Daher die Tür einmal einstellen lassen und Tür weiß verkleiden als Tipp. Keine Verschattungsmöglichkeit auf dem Balon, hier wäre eine elektrische Markise hilfreich, baulich wäre dafür alles vorhanden. Streaming auf den TV hat trotz Wlan nicht funktioniert, hier scheint das Sicherheitsfeature im Wlan auf Clientabschottung an zu sein, was aus Sicherheitsgründen sinnvoll ist jedoch kann man das auch anders lösen. TV etwas zu klein, Klimalüftung strahlt auf die rechte Seite des Bettes und hat keine Möglichkeit der Veränderung, entweder ausrichtbare Lamellen einbauen (einfache Lösung) oder die Lüftungsöffnung versetzen (aufwendig), Grundsätzlich sind direkt aufs Bett gerichtete Klimaanlagen problematisch, besser weg davon, WC Raum nur mit Schiebetür, das ist für Privatsphäre einfach deutlich zu wenig, hier muss der Bereich geschlossen mit richtiger Tür sein, keine Fliegen-Gase gerade für abends mit offenem Fenster schlafen schwierig, Poolpumpe Zeitpunkt des Laufens nicht selbst verschiebbar, war ungünstig wenn man Mal länger schlafen wollte, TV Geräte in allen Zimmern scheinbar gleich, dadurch konnte man mit der gleichen Fernbedienung die Geräte der anderen aufgrund Funk schalten, so ging unser TV in der Nacht plötzlich an, hier besser Infrarot Fernbedienungung verwenden, statt Funk. Türgriff an Schiebetür zum Balkon deutlich nicht gut anfassbar, nur eine schmale Einkerbung, besser ein richtiger Griff, akustische Entkopplung Tisch und Nachttisch zum Nachbarzimmer fehlte dadurch übertrugen sich Vibrationsalarme vom Handy deutlich und man wurde geweckt.

Die Aussicht Ist genial. Man sieht die komplette Stadt aus der Terrasse. Dabei kann man sich sogar im Pool entspannen. Es war sehr sauber und modern mit vielen Automatisierungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein sehr guter aufenthalt.

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen. Es sind eher Verbesserungsvorschläge: Entspannungsmöglichkeit (z.b. Sitz im Pool) im Pool wäre gerne gesehen. Er ist weder zum Schwimmen noch zum chillen geeignet. Weiterhin sollte ein Elektriker sich den Sicherungskasten im Zimmer anschauen - dieser gibt ein ständiges Summen von sich.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht. Hatten eine Suite mit Außenpool. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine usw. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Top!

Besser geht nicht.

The design. The location. The view is absolutely stunning. The breakfast choice was pretty rich. We were very well welcomed with the complimentary bottle of bubbly. The spa area was lovely. The rooms were very isolated with the feeling of privacy. Room service was exceptional.

Jacuzzi had too much chlorine so we couldn't appreciate it for long. The only thing to add

Zicht op zee en Chania vanop het balkon is fenomenaal. Personeel aan receptie en bar is meest behulpzame dat we al hebben mogen ontmoeten in onze talrijke reizen. Accommodatie is nieuw, modern en gelegen in de bergen zodat je rustig kan genieten maar op enkele minuten rij-afstand van de haven en andere mooie plekjes . Opgepast in de heuvels dus goede rijvaardigheid nodig om dagelijks in (privé)parking te geraken midden op zeer steile helling. Hotel heeft zeer goede massage therapeute.

Ontbijtformule voor een lang verblijf (7 nachten) is repetitief. Je krijgt al blad om in te vullen voor volgende dag terwijl je nog zit te ontbijten. Flexibelere formule had beter geweest, waar je zelf eitje of zo kan bestellen. Dit kan maar ze hebben duidelijk liever keuze-menu optie. Kamer met veel elektronische besturingstoestanden - soms té. Telkens je binnenkomt gaan alle gordijnen open, s'nachts straalt de console zo veel licht uit dat ik die heb moeten afplakken, zonder veel resultaat. Zonder zelf een google chrome of gelijkaardig mee te brengen enkel nieuwszenders op TV. Het werd makkelijk 31 graden en op terras geen zonnewering of parasol dus te warm na de middag. Toch nog veel lawaai van straat achter hotel én soms buren. Wellness is enkel klein binnenzwembad en jacuzzi, sportzaal heeft 4 toestellen

Super petit déjeuner servi en chambre. Petite piscine privée, chambre spacieuse. Vue magnifique sur la ville. Bouteille de champagne offerte en guise de bienvenue 🤗

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Always smile. The breakfast are good, great varieties and selection. Location is not too bad. Away from the city center, up in the hill. Taxi only costs 10 euro one way. If not busy traffic, 7 euro only. Great location to watch sunset 🌇. You can see the sea and whole city. The only drawback is bathroom and toilet. It is only suitable for a couple to stay not friends or I stay with my son. There is only one sliding door between toilet and shower room. It means you can only do one thing in a time. Also, if you finish shower, you need to come out to put on your clothes as there is no place to hang your clothes or towels. The worst thing is there is no door in the basin area. It is only separate with a low wall and a big mirror. I have to take shower when my son go to gym. Otherwise I have to ask my son to turn his back. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay in Lagon Hotel. Definitely recommend it.

Quarto excelente, limpo e espaçoso. Ótimo chuveiro. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos.

Falta de aquecimento da piscina do quarto, que inviabilizou o seu uso durante toda a estadia. A localização é distante do porto de Chania, que é o principal local de interesse da cidade, onde localizam-se os restaurantes e comércio voltado ao turismo.

The views were mind-blowing! It's an absolutely stunning hotel. The decor was done so well and exudes luxury everywhere! Breakfast was brought to your room daily which was a treat. The staff was so kind and helpful! We loved it and will be back! Enjoyed the private pool in our room as well as the communal indoor pool and jacuzzi

It was a beautiful hotel and the private pool is so lovely.

I stayed here in August 2021 and loved that every day there was a different breakfast to look forward to and it was always top quality food. This year was a completely different experience. The same breakfast every morning and it was not an overly nice breakfast. Absolutely not worth the money anymore.

The room was nice enough, staff friendly

Quite far from the old town, AC was terrible, the rooms were so hot and stuffy but staff insisted the AC was “working”. The breakfast was quite commercial but also way over supplied
