Kids can hang out and play in the second level loft. On those warm summer evenings, step outside to your furnished deck for a barbecue with unobstructed views of Laurel Mountain. A perfect location for families, La Vista Blanc 68 is a short walk from Mammoth Creek Park, featuring an updated playground, a creek to fish in, and a comfortable picnic area. Little Eagle Express is less than two miles away, while the downtown area, with its grocery store, unique shops, and restaurants is also close by. Guests can also take advantage of the Red Line Shuttle for easy and safe winter access to the slopes.

The set up was great for our group of 2 couples and 4 singles- everyone got their own bed! The place was pretty clean, cozy and convenient. The queen bed and twin beds were very comfortable…the king beds were a little hard for my taste! Cons: not sure if the entire complex is tan by Vacasa or just select units, but the jacuzzi was gross. I know it gets a lot of use, but even in slow days the water had brownish bubbles. It was also not super hot, maybe 99 degrees. The kitchen has most needed cooking items, but they were not clean. We had to pre wash everything before use as they had crusted food on the pans and some cups. The layout was strange without much room for gear to dry. 8 people and the entry was about 3 foot x 3 foot- if all the gear was stored in the mud room, we wouldn’t be able to walk through! Overall we would stay again, it’s close to bus lines and there’s a short trail to walk to the shopping centers.

This property had tons of space and is super close to the hot tub! Taking care of the trash was easy and the couch in the living room could accommodate all of our guests and was very comfy. There is a trolley stop 5 minutes' walk from the property that arrives at :01 and :31 that will take you to main lodge and was highly convenient! Additionally, Vons supermarket is right up the street. We will definitely rent here again!

9 person condo with only 7 forks and 1 wine glass. "Comes with wood" means 2 small pieces. Hot tub was closed. There are many better options on Mammoth.

The size was perfect for my family. The only issues were the screen door was off, broken chair in family room and a couple of light bulbs were out. And the BBQ is dirty. You would think the cleaning crew would have done that? But I would rent again and hope these items will be taken care of.

I spent one night here and received a full refund. Within 15 minutes of arriving I was on the phone demanding a new unit. The photos in this listing are not accurate. There is ongoing construction directly in the backyard. The windows, floors, screen doors were filthy, missing and/or broken. They should remove these pictures as they are entirely misleading. Why are you still advertising a view that does not exist? The owners have been put on notice but continue to advertise these false and misleading photos online. The onsite manager was not helpful. The Vacasa staff was somewhat helpful. as I did receive a full refund. Screens on windows missing, blankets and sheets thrown and unfolded into closets, porch screen door broken. I have photos of everything if Vacasa claims otherwise. I had to call three or four times to get my refund and was out of there the next morning. I would don't rent this unit.

The immediate view from the living room/kitchen/balcony is unfortunately grading operations for a new recreation center: earth movers and excavators. Not the owners fault but should be disclosed. Also the beds in the loft are not adult sized.

Good location. Reasonable price. The condo is a bit worn but adequately maintained. The online pics of the view are old, major construction is in progress in the adjacent lot. All said, I'd happily rent this condo again.

This place was okay. It had everything we needed to enjoy our getaway and was close to town, park and walking/jogging trails. The beds were comfortable and there were enough supplies in the kitchen. The property is a bit dated - particularly the couch, carpets and kitchen table so it could use some upgrades

only downside was conflicting info with Vacasa. VRBO listing says pets ok vs sign in unit says no pets, hours and codes to hot tub wrong, info book in the unit had different instructions than emails and listing. mgmt company should sync it all up

Location is perfect to explore the beautiful scenery of Mammoth Lakes. The condo itself was sparkling clean and would be especially great for families with children, because it is right next to a park with a great playground. There is a baby gate available for the upstairs stairway, though be aware, if you have young children who like to climb around, that the upstairs loft has a half wall that overlooks the lower living area. You can also walk to the city trail network, and all the other Mammoth trails are a short drive away. A great base for a Mammoth Lakes vacation.

Has all the amenities. Very close to the creek and shopping areas. Management fast to respond and makes sure that everything is going well and it is very clean.
