A short drive just a few miles south will bring you to Off the Hook Harbor and Marina or the Hidden Treasure Bar & Grill, both of which are local favorites. Check out the local Marine Science Center with rehabilitated sea life or enjoy some offshore fishing at the Critter Fleet. You cannot beat the location of this rental!! If your goal is to soak up the sun either at the pool or the beach, book this rental now. Having beach towels, a beach umbrella and some boogie boards available was a nice touch.

Our family loved this 1st floor condo. It made it convienent to both the pool and beach. The condo was very clean. We would stay again in the future.

King bed very comfortable, nicely furnished, should have a warning to step over the metal and baseboard in front of balcony sliding door. Dishwaster has fowl smell, suspect dishes are put in with food on them, drain needs to be cleaned. look behind both bathroom doors and under vanity ledges, floor very dirty! Exterior of property kept very clean and well maintained.

The condo was clean and gorgeous upon arrival. The view is outstanding. Loved the short walk to the beach and the availability of the pool. Would stay here every time we are in Daytona Beach Shores. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the location and ease of check-in. It was perfect for us! The only issue was the cleanliness. The floors behind the bathroom doors and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and spacious, residents and other vacationers were helpful and friendly. The location to beach was excellent and the pool was clean and warm. Highly recommend this property.

Dated, extremely noisy pipes when using the shower, lack of teaspoons (2), frying pans extremely worn, 2 many unuseable casserole dishes, no mattress pad on king bed etc

Great location, first floor unit. Can’t beat The Shores Club. Could stand to be cleaned a bit better in certain areas (under beds, couches, etc…my 3 year old kicked one of her toys under the bed in the main bedroom and retrieval was…interesting 😖) before arrival but unit is adequately stocked with supplies and main areas like kitchens and bathrooms were adequately clean. Would certainly recommend to others based on location alone 👍

The condo is truly ocean front. A beautiful view day or night. It was tastefully decorated. Comfortable with most everything you could need. (Why are there never enough spoons). The only downside to note was that there was construction going on in another condo and that was LOUD. Highly recommend!

The unit location is its best feature. I spent most of my time on the balcony, in the pool or on the beach. The interior of the unit is starting to show wear and for the cost of the unit, it needs some upgrades. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The towels and sheets were SO scruffy and stiff they were miserable to use. I know you need to bleach everything but use some freaking fabric softner. There were plumbing issues and the floors were so slippery I thought I was going to break my neck walking across the floor (housekeeping issue). The staff at the building were amazing - they work extremely hard to keep it clean and well maintained. Its typically quiet and everyone is friendly. There's no driving or pets on the beach here which to me is a major plus.

This area of the beach is considered a Natural area so vehicles cannot drive on this part of the beach which was perfect for us. Nice pool and unit was just like the pictures. Away from the tourist shops and restaurants which was perfect for us. If you wanted to be close to Ocean center area it was a very short drive.

I would definitely rent this condo again. The condo was spacious, elegant, clean and had all the modern conveniences of home. We also had easy access to the pool and Ocean, just breath taking, we loved it.

This property is one of the best properties I have stayed at. Very clean, great location right on the beach! Everything was exactly as pictured and had everything I need. It was just me and my dog and I felt very comfortable and safe at all times. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the Daytona Beach area.

We loved this vacation spot! Easy access to everything! Pool and beach are right out the balcony! Loved being on the bottom floor. Couple things need updated like the coffee pot. It was not put together right and my mom was able to somewhat fix it but need a new one desperately or bring your own. Was told by Vacasa that a new one would be brought to us but no one ever showed up. Master bathroom needs some work on the drainage and faucet works good but coming out of the wall. Door stop that holds door open needs to be fixed. Every time we went out of the front door it would fall. It was held up w duck tape. Refrigerator needs a new filter for water too and ice maker clogs every once in a while. This are all minor issues and will definitely be back next year!

We had a beautiful bottom floor place. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a little trouble with a tv and management came quickly and fixed it… user error was the problem. We had everything we needed and had a great week!

This is a nice condo with easy access to the pool and beach since it is on the first floor. Could use some updating, I new coffee maker and definitely a new toilet seat in the master bathroom. Overall a nice place to stay we will be back. The Shores employee Leah is very pleasant and helpful!

This location couldn’t be more perfect! Unit 105 is the best! Direct first floor access to the grill, pool, and the ocean. No going in and out of the lobby or up and down an elevator. The inside is just as the photos show. Beautiful! We were here in may of 2022 and it felt almost like we had a private beach. At certain times we basically did have it to ourselves. The pool is amazing! Salt water and heated from what I could tell. If you plan on grilling I suggest bringing a metal spatula and tongs. They have spatulas and tongs but they are plastic. This was the greatest week of my life! I’ll be back! You will not be disappointed what so ever. Book now.

FOR MANAGEMENT:
I would like to see taller chairs outside to see over the railings like every other balcony I saw. Also have a talk with the maintenance guy with long hair and tattoos. He banged on our door at 7am and yelled at us to get our towels off the railing or he would throw them away. No where in any description did I see we can’t have anything hanging on the railing of our balcony. I also saw this same person throwing the chairs around with an attitude. Not a fan of this guy. Also if towels and things are not allowed on the railing you should put a pvc rack like the other balconies have for drying things.
