Was not pleased but slept great.

Clean bed was so comfortable

Rooms were to small for a wheelchair and 200$ incidental fee was requested an no one informed us!!!!!

Can't wait to return to this Tru !

The ease of arrival. The location was right off the main road. The parking was great and every step toward the lobby door increased my excitement to see what was inside. I wasn't disappointed. It was beautiful inside! Almost as beautiful as the staff that greeted & served me.

Loading........... ugh- I got nothing. Even my (promotional) rate was great.

Tru is more than a brand!!!

Literally this place was top-tier! The staff were so welcoming and the place was really clean. The presentation of the property and location was inviting and easy to find. Ms. V was such a help and really cared for us! The food was an excellent touch as well! Great place we really would love to come back too!

Really can’t say we had any dislikes.

Great stay

The staff was great! The room was pretty clean and in good condition. It is near a lot of fast food places if you need to grab food quickly. Only 45 minutes from Folly Beach and just over 30 from Sullivan’s island.

clean and fresh stay

A very clean, good smelling place. I enjoyed taking a long shower an inhale lemon shower gel. It is the best place to rest during the long travel. It is a clean place and has hardwood floors instead of carpet, which is more sanitary. I chose this place bc of hardwood floors. Also late breakfast and late check out is a plus ! Even that it is near airport, we didn’t hear airplanes ️ And slept soundly

Der Preis war okay. 24/7 Kaffee und besetzte Rezeption.

Das reinigungspersonal sollte vielleicht mal anfangen sich auch mal mit dem Boden zu beschäftigen nicht nur das Bett hinrichten. Warum gab es beim Müsli nur alle 2 Tage getrocknete Früchte?

Unclean room and unprofessional service from front desk

Location

First the lady at the front desk had an attitude. Then she gave me a room that was not clean.She had to turn around and give me another room.The lady at the front desk was not professional at all.

Excellent place to stay, I'll stay there again.

room OK but staff not so much. I will not be back to a place that will not give me water.

bagel was wrapped in plastic and had mold on it. I asked for a bottle of water since there was none in my room and was told that was only for certain people.

Staff at check in was kind and efficient. Staff the next morning and at check out always had a "group" around them laughing and talking on phone. Loud conversation with a utility worker that lasted over 15 minutes during breakfast talking about jail time and prison. Very unprofessional.

Modern and comfortable

Great location just outside of Charleston. Sophisticated hotel with clean room and beautiful common area where every need the traveller can have is taken care of. Great breakfast. Dog friendly.

Tru does a great job by making you feel like a guest and not a customer.

Breakfast area was clean and had a good variety. Loved the notes by the elevator and the small details like flowers in the bathroom with the toilet paper and tissue. Check in and checkout were seamless. Such a cute location.

Pillows and sliding bed. Bed didn't quite fit the queen frame so it slid around. Pillows were lumpy and not firm enough.

It was a wonderful stay and would stay there again!

I liked the rooms and the sizing of the rooms. The king room was perfect for me and my boyfriends weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious. I think that the location was great, 20 minutes from downtown and about 10 from shopping.

The room was very hot and after we turned the Air conditioning down we did not notice much of a difference. However the stay was wonderful!

Very pleasant stay. No complaints with this hotel at all.

Hotel was very clean. Free coffee and tea 24 hours a day is a nice bonus. Staff was friendly. No complaints with the hotel itself.

This is no fault of the hotel, but the location is on a VERY busy street in Charleston. If you don't want to deal with traffic, you might want a different location.
