Great vibe and location

Fun activities (bowling, Foosball, etc) downstairs contribute to playful vibe. Friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and super convenient location next to Chamonix Sud Bus station.

Couldn't figure out thermostat/ AC situation, so it got hot in room, opening window wasn't enough.

Perfect stop in the the Alps!

We just stayed one night on our way from Switzerland to Italy. The place is modern, clean, well located, the staff was nice and it had good food, especially breakfast.

I could not find an outlet to plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom. It would also be good to have one by the mirror outside. Other than that, the room was perfect.

Overall we had a good stay at Plan B, communication before arrival was smooth and the staff very nice !

Well located with plenty of indoor activities and nice bar. Also the hotel has an underground parking, which is a plus

Rooms are not super well isolated from noise (could hear everything that takes place in the hallway and there were lots of kids around during our stay, so lots of activity) Bathroom had a weird smell and no electrical outlet

Enges Parkhaus. Leider war die Heizung in unserem Zimmer defekt und konnte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden.

Reasonable, but a little expensive for what they offer

Great staff, clean, nice location

They charge you for car parking for each night. The centrl heating unit was broken but they brough a separate heater. Not ideal for the price they charge. Breakfast was ok, but not too fancy. I would have expected much reacher

My stay at Plan B Hotel was marred by poor service, unmet requests, and misinformation, leading to a highly disappointin

It is easy to get on ski bus, and the town centre is within walking distance

I am compelled to write this lengthy review due to our immense disappointment with the services at Hotel Plan B. Despite its high rates, the hotel disappoints with its lack of basic amenities like a fridge in the room. Our experience with the service was particularly frustrating. We were initially informed that our room would be ready by 4 PM. However, despite specifically requesting a quiet room, we were assigned one right opposite the elevator. When we addressed this with the receptionist, Camilla, she promised to rectify the situation. On the second day, we were told our room would be changed, but no specific time for the change was communicated. It wasn’t until the third day that our room was finally changed. Regrettably, this room had its own set of issues – the towel heater was malfunctioning. Although the hotel promised to send a technician, we were merely provided with an electric heater. Moreover, the bathroom lacked a proper plug. Adding to our frustrations, when we asked Camilla for directions to the Les Planard bus, she misinformed us, directing us to a different bus stop, despite the correct one being right in front of the hotel. It’s hard to believe that she wasn’t aware of this, considering she works there every day.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic service, fantastic location, fantastic price

Property is in the most amazing location, near the city centre and ski lifts/ rental shops , staff are extremely friendly, overall was a very pleasant stay!

Breakfast was a bit bland , not many options. Only 1 elevator.

La ubicación estaba excelente, cerca de la estación de bus que lleva a los teleféricos. Tiene una tienda de rentar esquis justo al frente donde te dan descuentos por alojarte en Plan B. La habitaciones muy comodas y limpias con una hermosa vista a las montañas.

Superbe emplacement, équipes très chouettes, activités au sein de l'hôtel appréciées également.

Petit déjeuner très chouette avec du pain sans gluten, apprécié. Equipes très sympathiques, aux petits soins durant tout le séjour et dès que nous avions une question.

Nous avions demandé un lit double et avons eu deux lits simples.

Bed bugs - Holiday ruined

Location is perfect, lunch was good as well.

On the second day of our stay, I discovered bites on my arm while in the shower. They were unusual, prompting my friend and me to report the issue to the reception. The receptionist, visibly alarmed, called a housekeeper to inspect our bed sheets. On the same day, while we were out on an excursion, the sheets were changed. Upon our return, we re-inspected the bed ourselves and found insect eggs by the wooden headboard. We immediately returned to the reception to report our findings. The receptionist confirmed the eggs but couldn't identify the insects. He pulled our bed away and informed us that no rooms were available for the day, leaving us to spend another night with the fear of being bitten again. To our dismay, the worst happened, and I was bitten even more – not only on my arm but also on my back and face. The next morning, showed my bites to the reception and no apologies received, nothing. They simply stated that they would change our room, something that should have been done initially. Stressed, we went to the nearest pharmacy, where I was given antihistamines to drink for seven days and a special cream. We were unsure how to handle our clothes, fearing they might contain bed bugs despite isolating them in bags. The hotel offered no assistance, acting as if the situation was normal. Upon returning home from this horrible holiday, I suffered from a severe allergy and was prescribed antibiotics by my doctor. Two days later, my friend also discovered bites on her arms, and now we are uncertain if we brought them home. It's unbelievable how the hotel showed no interest in resolving the situation, offered no compensation for the distress we endured, and ultimately, the entire situation ruined our vacation.

Super chambre PMR, L'emplacement proche de la ville, super petit déjeuner et vue très belle ,respect de presque toutes mes demandes faites via booking. Personnel sympathique

La carte restaurant restreinte... Peut être aussi le manque d'infos du personnel (peut être lié à une certaine jeunesse du personnel?) Une vraie galère pour entrer et la sortie du parking (payant). Bon à savoir pour les PMR 2 places gratuites à l'extérieur un peu plus loin juste à côté de l'hôtel !!

On a aimé notre chambre spacieuse avec le balcon,le personnel,l’emplacement de l’hôtel,le petit déjeuner.

Il manquait la porte de la douche ,c’est pas agréable de mettre de l’eau partout alors que les salle de bain sont super en dehors de ce détail.
