Det går ikke ann i Norge at et hotell ikke har noen norsktalene. Jeg fikk et rom 324,det luktet veldig vondt på badet(mugg)?Dette kunne jeg ikke fått tatt opp. Det var jo ingrn som snakket norsk. Dette er uakseptabelt i Norge. Hilsen Turid Clemetsen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ristorante interno molto bello cucina ottima. Molto buona anche la colazione.

Forse la cosa.che non mi è piaciuta era tenda della doccia.

Excellent séjour d'étape pour notre grand voyage en Scandinavie

Hôtel de grande qualité, doté de tout le confort souhaitable, et qui possède en outre un très bon restaurant. A ce sujet, il faut citer la qualité de l'accueil du personnel de ce dernier, à commencer par un jeune serveur français, heureux de rencontrer ses compatriotes, et à continuer par ses collègues norvégiennes, elles aussi très disponibles et compétentes. A recommander.

レストランがついでにやってるホテル？

Sentrum バス停(といっても単なる広場だが・・・)から歩いて5分、場所はわかりやすい。 WiFi は快適に使用できた。部屋には電気ポット、コーヒー紅茶セット、卓上サイズの扇風機、ドライヤー。ボトル水は無いがノルウェーの水道水は飲めるので、紅茶作ったり生で飲んだり・・・コンセントは部屋内に多数ある。すべてくぼみがあるヨーロッパ式なので、マルチ対応のコンセントアダプタだとささらない可能性あり。エアコンは冷暖房と思われるが、適温だったので使用せず。朝食はバイキングだが、このクラスのホテルにしては種類が豊富しかも一工夫されていて大満足だった。スーパーは街中に何か所かあるのだが、日曜宿泊だったのでほとんど閉まっている・・・唯一ホテルの南徒歩1分のKiWiというスーパーが開いていたが、大型スーパーの一区画だけを開けているという感じで、飲み物とお菓子ぐらいしか買えなかった。チェックイン 2 日ぐらい前にオンラインチェックインのリンクが送られて、あらかじめ回答しておくとチェックインの所要時間が短くなる。チェックアウトもオンラインで済ませておけば帰りにレセプションに寄る必要が無い。

冷蔵庫が無かった。朝食時間がやや短め(月～金は700-900、土日は800-1000)。バスアメニティは、シャンプー/リンス/石鹸全共通タイプだった。これをシャンプーとして使うと髪がごわごわになる・・・

Väcktes av byggarbete

Mycket bra frukost och bra rumsstandard. Läget är precis i Alta centrum med närhet till shoppingcenter och Nordlysekatedralen.

Det pågick byggarbete i huset och vi blev väckta av ett mycket högljutt borrande i väggarna kl 07.15, omöjligt att somna om eftersom det fortsatte i en halvtimme. Ingen information om byggarbetet från receptionen när vi checkade in eller bokade rummet så dålig kommunikation. Hade planerat annorlunda om jag vetat om detta.

早餐好，停车方便，附近有公交站，还有一个中餐馆

早餐好！酒店门前右前方有个公共停车场，晚八点后至上午十点前可以免费停车。我们从机场驾驶租的车过来，酒店门前的路是单行道，绕行可抵达。酒店前台的工作人员服务好，帮我在网上预订了第二天早上5点半的出租车去机场。在机场还车后我们乘42路公交车到酒店。

仅住两晚，没有发现。

No need to check-in and access to room with PIN code. Quite large room, clean. Also Chromecast available to stream from your own devices ä.

No AC. I suppose it is not needed often, but the room got really hot and the windows do not open much, so hot during the night also.

We have stayed in Canyon hotel many times and we like it. It is in the middle of the city, good fresh breakfast, rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beds are absolutely heavenly.

This lates time we stayed on a warm.summers day and the room was very warm. As we are in finnmark aircons are non ecxistant, we tried to open the windows but it was blocked with some outer blind so we couldnt get fresh air in in the evening. But regardless we will come again. Because of the beds.

Lovely stay in Alta

The room was a good size and clean, comfortable bed and very good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a cot in the room for our 16 months old son free of charge.

The only thing that was missing was a bottle of water in the room when we arrived. It was late and we did not have water so it would be nice if one was provided in the room or if there would be a machine in the reception where you can buy water or some drinks.

bed was comfortable. I liked kettle in the room. Right in the center.

Zero contact with the property managers….that was bad! i called and called and noone answered…and i really needed assistance.

Great stay

Perfect location, in the very heart of Alta. Everything was new and it was very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet could’ve been better. We missed some fruits for example.

Good stay but price on the steep side

Fuss free, no reception quick check-in and check-out. Kettle and tea bags were provided, made ourselves a nice warm drink.

Room size was rather small so decided to go with the superior room which costs more and didn’t think it was worth it. Lack hair dryer.

Nicely designed stylish and spacious room in perfect condition. Central location. Good breakfast. Easy self check-in and self check-out.

No TV-channels whatsoever. The parking next to the hotel was subject to a charge from Monday to Friday. I found some dust and a bottle cap under the bed-sofa.

A bit disappointed by the the difference between photo and reality

It's very central with a parking space next to the hotel. There are also Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and Shops around. The room was silent and the (self)check-in easy.

The room looked very different to the photo from the booking: partly renovated with grey walls and some nice details but also a lot of older stuff (from the 90ies). Really not great was the bathroom with some odd stuff and not being too clean (hairs).

Great hotel

Very nice rooms and I love the design and style. Location is great and it's easy to check in and out.

They gave me keys to an occupied room - as I arrived late I walked in to a man sleeping. Quite an uncomfortable situation for both parties..
