Muy buen hotel que te hace sentir como en casa

- personal de recepcion atento y bien capacitado - nosotros viajamos por control medico por eso apreciamos que el hotel sea tranquilo con poco ruido - shuttle

- somos huespedes frecuentes y varias veces la alarma dejada por el huesped anterior ha sonado. - poner mas vasos descartables, solo dejan 2 por dia y 4 sobres de cafe

great stay and hotel

great location but my only complaint is, no transportation to the hotel from the airport after 11pm. My flight was delay and it is beyond my control to get the hotel early and decent time.

Excellent option for an overnight stay when traveling from/to the US and connecting via MIA

Vicinity to Miami Airport; hotel is quite new and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is very attentive and kind. Good value for money

Limpieza de la habitacion buena, ubicacion excelente si necesitas ir al aeropuerto al dia siguiente. Camas comodas y habitacion amplia.

Pesima actitud de la persona en recepcion. Llegue aprox a la 1pm a hacer check in, la señorita que estaba el dia miercoles a esa hora tenia una actitud muy grosera y poco amable. Le pregunte que si podia pagar lo que venden de bebidas a parte y primero me contesto que no. Le pregunte si lo podia pagar en efectivo, primero me dijo que no y luego que si. Le pedi recibo para ver cuanto era porque me cobro la noche y las bebidas juntas y me dijo: no puedo porque ya le di que no a la maquina. Le dije que si por favor me podía decir cuando era de esos productos y con muy mala cara me contesto cuanto era sin darme el recibo. Se que todos podemos tener malos días pero si estas trabajando prestando un servicio no es necesario ser amigable pero si RESPETUOSO. Ojala puedan capacitar mejor a sus trabajadores porque jamás me volvería a quedar en ese hotel y llegar de un viaje largo esperando a que te atiendan de esa manera irrespetuosa. Ojala la señorita encuentre un trabajo en donde realmente disfrute lo que esta haciendo.

There was an issue with my payment through booking. The hotel tried to get me to pay again and I refused so I don’t know what they did on the backend, but they figured it out. That booking had already prepaid, I had already paid booking.

Excellent modern hotel with restaurant but the long term parking fees block consideration of the hot

The $15 a day car parking fee is outrageous and will prevent us from using the hotel in our travels

Amazing will be back

The front desk employees 1st,2nd,3rd shift were very professional. The parking was very good and lastly the security making his rounds for the property making sure everything is safe. I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel espectacular al lado del aeropuerto

Para nosotros era perfecto porque queríamos que estuviese al lado de aeropuerto porque ya era la última noche antes de irnos. El shuffle al aeropuerto gratuito es un plus. El personal de la recepción muy amables y efectivos y nos guardaron las maletas todo el día sin coste adicional. El restaurante en la sexta planta muy bonito y la comida genial. La habitación espectacular y las camas comodísimas.

Perfect Airport Hotel, view over airport, skyline and a delicious restaurant on site

We needed to travel internationally second day pretty early, that's why we wanted to book a hotel near the airport and this hotel was just perfect. In the evening we wanted to eat something delicious and tried their restaurant, wow!! if you go there is a must to eat there, is so delicious, and you can see the airplanes landing and leaving while eating!

Overall stay was good. Very clean facility and close to the airport .

Pool was not crowded and hotel staff was very helpful.

You needed a room get to use the elevator. Each time I ordered food I had to go downstairs and after traveling so much I just didn’t want to leave the room.

Staff- unfriendly, abrupt. Didn't inform us about ANYTHING at all. No details about pool, restaurant, breakfast, bar.... Also, 2 bottles of water for 4 guests in the room, and when I rang to ask for more, I was told there was a 2 bottle per room limit 🤷🏼‍♀️ High cost and cr@p service Lighting was very difficult to figure it in the room also. A tiny, finger tip sized switch, almost the same colour as the headboard, to control the bright headboard backlighting

Comfortable spacious room.

Quiet comfy room and transfer to the airport. Coffe in the bedroom.

Lack of storage, cups/place for toothbrush. Fridge was very loud. We had to switch it of at night time.

Excellent stay— exceeded our expectations!

Sunny, spacious hotel with excellent customer service. Parking was free and a pleasure. Loved the modern atmosphere.

Shower pressure could be stronger but it was fine. Also had to remind staff one day to clean room. Did not diminish our excellent experience.

Einfaches Flughafenhotel in guter Lage mit schlechtem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Anfragen per Mail wurden nicht beantwortet. IT des Hotels wurde offenbar gehackt. Wir bekamen über booking dubiose Mails mit Zahlungsaufforderungen. Airportshuttle fährt nur stündlich und auch nur bis 11 am.
