Thank you Salvatore for a lovely stay- your patience with explaining the parking showers etc Thank you for your wonderful hospitality helping me with my heavy suitcase and providing daily continental breakfast and use of the laundry as well as repainting to any help so readily. Thanks so much! Totally recommend this beautiful and spacious loft above Salvatore’s place.

Salvatore, the owner, is a wonderful host! We would definitely return to his property!

The apartment was roomy, had all the amenities, and it was spotless! Salvatore, the owner, brought us espresso every morning that was delicious! He would leave it outside our door along with a pastry. He was so kind, and it gave us more of a homey, cultural experience.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Absolutely amazing!

The host is the kindest person you will ever meet, he picked us up from the station and spoiled us with wine, and food and made us fresh coffee every morning. He really goes above and beyond! The apartment is great too, everything you could possibly need and very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Exceptional

Fantastic hosts who went beyond what would normally be expected. We were met by Salvatore who explained everything. A light supper had been prepared - cooked by his wife accompanied by water and wine. An excellent welcome! In the mornings we found fresh coffee and a pastry left outside the door. Very helpful without being intrusive. The location was perfect for us as we used the train, the station was less than 10 minutes walk away and Prato centre close enough to walk too. A quiet area near the river. Can't recommend enough.

The best stay you can have anywhere

The best place where you can stay anywhere. Everything was perfect, and we were treated like family. If we ever come back to Florence, this is certainly where we'll stay again. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome. The host's attention to detail was truly impressive. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need.

Wonderful Stay in Prato

The kindest host we have ever met. They prepared a welcome platter. Breakfast and coffee were served every morning. Language barrier was not a problem, thanks to Google Translate and Whatsapp. The apartment is very spacious and as described. Good facilities such as kitchen and washing machine.

Bellissimo! Give this charming apartments a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Very charming, clean, spacious and yet cozy. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and toiletries. Balcony with a view. Our host Salvatore is the very best. His genuine hospitality and kindness towards the guests is not like others. He prepared us welcoming Tuscan’s spread and served breakfast. He drove me to the restaurant in town to get our dinner because the delivery couldn’t make it. Always with a wide smile on his face! we’ll visit again! Highly recommended. Grazie Mille Salvatore! Loved this apartment and the exceptional hospitality of Salvatore and his wife. Grazie mille!

Having hot coffee and homemade cake served for breakfast was lovely. The location was easy to find in a quiet street and easy walking distance to landmarks and shops. Superb facilities with attention to details like heated bathroom floor, massage shower jets, and welcome antipasto and drinks. Excellent communication and ready to take Cate of us from start to finish!

The bed was a little hard but big and with a lovely warm, fluffy quilt

It was very pleasant stay.

The host Salvatore has a lot of hospitality and is very nice. He offered his help and support during all our visit. He also offered us some food and drinks when we arrived. I would recommend this place 100% .

Exceptional

The owner is very kind and have good service mind. He prepared Tascan product to welcome us. He gave us a refund on first night for the inconvenience caused by a few rain dropped in the apartment due to unfinished roof maintenance. He offered coffee and dessert every morning. In addition, he gave us a ride to Prato train station on the departure date. We are so happy with him and absolutely recommend this apartment.

Wonderful, unique experience and great value, wish we could have stayed longer

Salvatore is incredibly kind and helpful, providing wonderful (unexpected) food, the apartment is excellent, to the point where we had to check whether we paid the correct price, and very close to the station - we’ve stayed in many places like this on our trip, but this was one of the best, with definitely the kindest host!

Perfection

Salvatore was the perfect host, the hospitality shown to us from him and his wife was second to none: from the lift from station to providing us with a lovely taste of Tuscan food. The apartment is large and spotless with a welcome outdoor space. In many years of traveling this is without doubt one of our best experiences. Would 100% recommend.

Exceptional

Salvatore is very kind and accommodating and even with a language barrier we communicated fine using what's app and Google translate.

The bed was way too small for me because it had a railing at the end though I'm almost 2 meters tall so for anyone of average height it shouldn't be a problem. Also as a northern European I'm used to sleeping with a heavy blanket though that's a cultural issue so it's a bit silly to expect one in Italy were it's significantly warmer.

It was a pleasant surprise that coffee and breakfast was left at my door each day.

I received text messages with instructions. Even with delays in travel arrangements I was met at the railway station and driven to the property.

Wonderful and kind Host, fantastic location and spacious self-contained apartment

The most gentle host I have ever stayed with. All the amenities of home plus the luxury of a wonderful self contained apartment. The host was kind and helpful and brought us breakfast, left us a cheeseboard and wrote as a wonderful note thanking is for our stay. I can not praise him enough. The balcony has a wonderful view of tennis courts and stadium. The property is in walking distance of the train, Prato Centro and a picturesque river with walk path. I thoroughly enjoyed the airconditioning and spacious bathroom amenities.

Exceptional 10/10 location and hospitality!

Exceptional stay and exceptional hospitality! Salvatore made us feel incredibly welcome and could not have been more generous, kind or helpful. We stayed here at a moments notice, for three nights whilst our car needed urgent repairs. We were very sad to leave! Salvatore offered to drive us to the garage to collect our car and he provided us with some incredible food during our stay! The property is located close to the centre of Prato and very close to the river where the scenery is just beautiful. There are also some amazing walks to be had in the surrounding Tuscan hills! The property was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a great roof terrace! I would reccomended staying here to everyone!
