About this villa rental

Villa Can Turquesa is a magnificent and modern villa, renovated in July 2018, design located in the beautiful and quiet area of Santa Margalida, just 5 minutes drive from the famous beach of Son Bauló and only 10 minutes by car from Playa de Muro.
This villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms in suite and 1 toilet, with a garden and salt pool with outdoor Jacuzzi is a real pleasure for the senses. It has foosball, table tennis.

There are several resting areas, one of them is with two Balinese beds, dining room and barbecue ideal for outdoor meals near the pool
Ideal location to organize excursions or by bicycle.
The villa is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in harmony with nature and be close to everything without sacrificing luxury.

Description:
This villa has three floors.

Ground floor:
Here you can find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning one of them with a sofa bed and a very large bedroom with double bed of 180x200 with spectacular en suite bathroom, its own dressing room and independent exit to the terrace that offers total privacy.
After we find a large living room with a sofa and TV and dining area that leads to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with access to the terrace where there is a dining room for 12 people and a rest area to enjoy both meals and dinners to the fresh air near the pool of 15m x 5m with Jacuzzi.
1st floor:
It has 3 bedrooms each with its air conditioning, with double beds, TV and all with en suite bathrooms.
When going up to the second floor we find a room with air conditioning, TV with two single beds and bathroom en suite with access to a terrace with panoramic views of the entire area.

Equipment and services:
Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Air conditioning, Heating, Highchair, Dishwasher, Fridge / freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Swimming pool. Property fully equipped with linens and towels.
Please note that the light is not included in the price, the cost is € 0.27 / Kw.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 pm and € 90 until 4:00 pm.

Note 4: Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.
There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 5: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
Note 6: If you wish to use central heating (oil), the price is 1.7 €/L, to be paid at the end of the stay.

Just home from a stunning week in Villa Can Turquesa and it was every bit as superb as the listing suggests. As a group we have reasonably high standards for holidays and this ticked all of the boxes. Location is ideal, close enough to anywhere of interest (beaches/restaurants and such) but secluded enough to provide respite from crowds in-between excursions. The villa itself and surrounding grounds are spacious, bright and beautifully kept. There were so many beautiful places to reside throughout the week, great for a big party who also enjoy a bit of personal space. The pool temperature was perfect morning, noon and night and the cupboards were stocked with everything you could possibly need to entertain (including beach and pool toys). Clearly Lucy (the owner) takes a lot of pride in her work. I would say the only very minor thing we noticed was the slightly unpleasant smell in some of the bathrooms relating to local sewage but having spent time in relative’s villas abroad before, I know this can been a tricky thing to overcome! Overall, a beautiful stay that we were all absolutely thrilled with!

The interior of the villa is tastefully designed, featuring spacious rooms that are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the carefully selected furnishings to the thoughtful decor that adds a touch of elegance without overwhelming the senses. One of the highlights of the villa is its outdoor area. The private pool is a true oasis, surrounded by lush gardens and comfortable lounging areas. It's the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely swim, basking in the sun, or indulging in an evening barbecue, the outdoor space offers a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. What truly sets this villa apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. From the moment of arrival, their warmth and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. They were always available to assist with any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Perfection!

Villa was very spacious and luxurious Location was excellent, nice and quiet but only a few mins from shops and beach Outside table and seating areas brilliant for large group to socialise Everyone we had dealings with at Mallorca holiday properties was excellent especially Joan. Thank you There was just a couple of small items that could do with attention if the villa was to be perfect I did notice the tap in the kitchen was a little bit loose and a few mosaic tiles around the edge of the swimming pool missing Also outside shower by the pool missing a shower head These are very small imperfections and not a problem at all but don’t let them mount up

Wow this villa is beautiful our family of 12 have just returned from beautiful Mallorca and couldn’t recommend it enough , Joan of Mallorca holiday rentals was very helpful with the complete booking process and making sure we were all well looked after , we will be back

We liked the finca very much and enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, the view and the garden were even more beautiful than expected. The kitchen is well equipped and we found lots of towels and bed linnen. A great place to stay!

We've spend wonderfull week in Can Turquesa. House was very nice just 10 minutes in car to the beach. Everything was like in an offer. The owner informed us about nice beaches and other ineresting places around. I can recomend this place to spend great holidays in Mallorca.
