Wir haben mehr erwartet

-Das Personal beim einchecken war nach Anruf sehr schnell da und sehr freundlich -Die Lage ist wirklich gut, mitten in der Stadt -Fußläufig sind Bäckereien erreichbar wo man lecker frühstücken kann

-Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden, man muss in einem Parkhau parken. Wir haben über Nacht 12Euro bezahlt - In unserem Zimmer waren schon einige Sachen renovierungsbedürftig, vorallem im Bad -Das Zimmer war nur über ziemlich steile Treppen erreichbar -Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet

Gute Lage, nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, ausreichende Ausstattung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage und der Einrichtungsstil waren toll. Auch dass durch die Fenster viel Licht reinkommt ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Hauptkritikpunkt wäre, dass die Kücheneinrichtung etwas dürftig, aber ausreichend ist. Für mal Nudeln kochen reicht es. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank ausgeschaltet und geschlossen als ich ankam. Ich konnte noch keinen Schimmel sehen oder reichen, aber es war im Inneren sehr feucht. Da müsste der Betreiber ein Auge drauf werfen, dass so etwas nicht in einem total verschimmelten Kühlschrank endet...

Das Zimmer war Top an sich.

Die Dusche ist falsch reguliert und es tritt beim duschen Wasser aus der Dusche da sie überläuft wenn man 10min. + Duscht

Good Price for what you get, very clean and very roomy.

The Location is really good. Price was fair, for what you got. Pictures on Booking.com were very acurate. No trickying the guests there. Clean rooms. Size of the room was spacious especially when compared to other hotels I stayed in.

It was really loud. You could hear the cars from the street as f they were right next to you. Positioning of power outlets not ideal, but not too much of a problem. Slight confusion with checking in, who to call etc. The number on Booking.com wasn't beeing answered.

1 Nacht war ok aber nicht nochmal, sorry..

Der Chef war bemüht uns zu helfen und das Bett war bequem, gute Lage der Unterkunft.

Das Personal hat kaum mit einem geredet, wir haben insgesamt über ne Stunde in der Kälte vor der Pension warten müssen bis alles geklärt war, hatten das falsche Zimmer, zumindest war bei booking ein anderes abgebildet aber dieses war belegt also konnten wir auch nicht tauschen. Das Apartment war mit 3 Betten und 50qm ausgeschrieben hatte aber nur 1 Bett und 1 Couch die uns auf Anfrage dann noch bezogen wurde da wir 2 Betten gebraucht hätten, 50qm waren das auch auf keinen Fall.. Die ganze Wohnung hat so stark nach Chlor gerochen und die Klobrille war noch feucht vom sauber machen... Küchenutensilien musste man suchen, es gab kein Kochbesteck oder Gemusemesser nur Brotmesser, Gabel & Löffel. Schwamm, Lappen oder Geschirrtücher waren auch nicht vorhanden. Die Möbel hatten aufgequollene Stellen, der Boden und die Wand Wasserflecken, komische Flecken an der Tapete, Vorhang und Kissen. Das Wasser lief früh im Flur die Wand runter..Das WLAN hatte erst auch nicht funktioniert, auf Nachfrage erhielten wir das richtige Passwort. Alles in allem ging es für 1 Nacht aber nochmal würde ich es nicht buchen, zu viele Probleme gehabt und alles war ziemlich unprofessionell.

Excellent location in the city center. There is a fridge and a small mini-kitchen in the room.

Hotel is not staffed. The waiters of nearby restaurant serve as a hotel staff. However they were not particularly helpful or friendly.

I liked that the restaurant was right around the corner and was high quality.

They have an Italian ristorante directly around the corner. Great pizza with fresh ingredients.

I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to check me into my room.

I made a reservation and wrote to the hotel that I will be arriving at 11pm. When I came, nobody was answering the bell, the pizzeria was closed and I ended up walking in the rain and looking for another hotel. Lame

OK but…

Central location.

Check-in arrangements through busy staff at nearby restaurant - evidently part of the same business - meant that I felt a nuisance rather than a welcome guest. Laminate flooring by kitchen facilities just outside shower damaged by water, making ‘stylish’ design look tatty. Laminate and water do not mix.

Location, nice size for 2-3 people and clean

just a couple of things- there were no trash bags in the bins, no soap for washing hands in the bathroom and there were a couple of things lacking in the kitchenette like a spatula to cook with and some condiments of just oil and salt would be nice. these weren’t massive inconveniences though

Location is excellent, but I recommend having earplugs and a sleep mask

The Pension is perfectly located - 8 minutes walk to the train station, and 2 minutes walk to the center of the town! There's also a bus stop right opposite which takes you directly to Wartburg Castle. The room looks nice; there is a little table where they had laid out tea/coffee and mugs, and a small kitchen with a kettle and coffee maker. They kindly let me store my luggage with them after check-out.

The walls are incredibly thin: You can hear people coming and going. My room looked out onto the back of a restaurant. The staff there were cleaning and tidying until 11.30pm or so which was very noisy, even with the windows shut. There was also an automatic light which would come on every now and again when they walked past it. This wouldn't bother me, except that the room has no proper curtains so the light floods in everytime. The bathroom is a little bizarre. It's laid out in such a way that you can't properly reach the towel rack. The sink was also completely clogged.

Poor

The mattress smelled of smoke. The shower door was broken and almost fell down on me. When the staff came to fix it while we were out, they left the room door completely unlocked. Literally anyone could just have walked right in with all our stuff still in the room... No hand soap and only very few shower gel sachets...

Value for money is good. Is close to the train station and the main street, just by 10 minutes walking.

Good spacious room

Good location and a spacious room. Very comfortable shower.

It took a while before someone could check us in. The blinds were a bit see through. The view from the room was pretty ugly, but that doesn't matter that much.
