Your support services is really bad. Changing bed linen, getting toilet paper, changing towels and emptying the bin is really bad

Great stay! Suggestion to drill holes in door where fridge is or you are going to wear the motor out

Appartement idéal

Très bon emplacement au regard de notre lieu de formation, à 20 mn à pied. 10mn à pied de la gare Saint Lazare. Métro a proximité, simple pr aller à Montmartre. Proche de l'opéra, on peut y aller à pied. Forte Impression de securité avec les différentes portes à code. Vu sur cour avec le bâtiment d'en face qui est intéressant en matière d'architecture. Équipement complet pour passer un weekend ou méme une semaine. Petit frigo, petite plaque induction, couverts, casseroles, produit vaisselle etc.. Équipement correspondant à la description Linges de lit très propres, appartement très propre. 2 lits deux personnes séparés par un mur et une verrière. Fenêtre sur rue insonorisée. Restaurant italien à proximité, 5 mn à pied à peine. Appréciable dans trouver un de qualité.

Il manquait la plaque tournante dans le micro onde. Porte d'entrée un peu moins insonorisée que les fenêtres donnant sur la rue.

Appartement super agréable et propre, parfait pour passer qq jours à Paris.

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, super propre et joliment décoré. On a un peu entendu l’ascenseur le soir mais franchement raisonnable. On ne l’a pas utilisé car il est assez vieux… On recommande totalement! Super bien situé et totalement sécurisé avec plusieurs codes ds l’immeuble.

Seul petit bémol, assez difficile d’entrer le code de la porte de l’appartement. Il fallait l’encoder plusieurs fois.

La ubicación es excelente. Puedes ir andando a todos los lugares importantes. Muy limpio. Pequeño pero muy aprovechado

Ea una 6° planta. Estuvimos 4 días y el ascensor no funcionaba. Nadie nos ha dicho nada

Appartement qui serait parfait avec une bonne isolation phonique

Appartement très agréable, moderne et très propre et très bien situé. Beau quartier et bel immeuble.

Le seul point qui a rendu notre séjour désagréable est l'absence totale d'isolation phonique. Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit venant de l'ascenseur (même avec des boules quies). Nous avons eu l'impression de dormir sur le palier.

Le bruit , très sonore , quand un résident rentre ou sort , on est forcément réveillé et comme certains arrivent tard et d’autres repartent tôt la nuit est courte

Could be better

The privacy you have and also you dont have to worry about the keys as you get an unique code for opening your apartment.

They sent us tea bags and coffee capsules, but no milk, water and sugar! Very bad breakfast experience. There’s no everyday cleaning!!

Average stay in Paris

Well located (close to supermarket, drugstore, bus and metro) few minutes from Lafayette’s Gallery. Easy check-in, elevator and it was well decorated.

Open shower (everything would get wet and we only had one mat), lots of noise from the elevator, heaters wouldn’t work properly, no complimentary coffee, tea, sugar or any other thing like salt or oil to facilitate cooking (even though there was a coffee machine), hard mattress and pillows.

Amazing location with average facilities

The location is just supreme. In the middle of cafes, bakeries, and some trendy restaurants, this location gives you access to everything

The bunker beds make a lot of noise even if you move a tiny bit. Not recommended if you are with kids or a light sleeper

Piacevole angolino a Parigi

Appartamento piccolo ma veramente confortevole e pulito. La zona bel collegata e piena di ristoranti e market. Estremamente funzionale. Il check in e l'accesso totalmente indipendente è comodo ed evita il pensiero delle chiavi. Insomma tornerei.

L'ascensore è unica nota negativa. Pur funzionante non da molta sicurezza e abbiamo preferito spesso le scale. Inoltre è molto rumoroso e la notte per chi ha il sonno leggero (fortunatamente non noi) potrebbe essere un problema.

Un adecuado descanso para recorrer la ciudad de Paris.

Muy buena ubicación. Muy buenos servicios. Excelente seguridad (se deben utilizar cuatro códigos en las puertas para acceder al apartamento). Muy buenos comercios alrededor del alojamiento.

Recibir los códigos un día antes para tenerlos impresos, ya que uno se puede quedar sin batería.

11am check out much appreciated

Tiny room. Code to get into property not sent. Took 30 minutes on the phone to gain entry (good job I speak some French!). Later on, I and another couple were locked out as codes not working again so another phone call was needed.

Lo acojedor del lugar, la buena ubicación, las decoraciones. Hay de todo en el apartamento, uno se siente como en casa, muy cómodo.

El agua del desagüe del baño no bajaba rápido y subía el agua. Pero se puede solucionar fácilmente lo más seguro 👏🏾

Very very small apartment

Clean apartment, everything was functionating well, number codes for all entrances, Nice neighberhood

Bed was very short and between 2 walls so no place to put my feet over it. For 1.94m I was defenitely too small. I assume it was a 1.90 bed. They did not respond to request via Whatsapp.

Great stay. Such a beautiful apartment

The location was great only a short bus journey to the centre of Paris. The apartment was spacious and clean and great to have kitchen facilities.

Good location and apartment nicely furnished, small but super clean

The lift was broken and needs urgent maintenance and repairs. It opened and shut its door all night in a super loud and very forceful way. The enormous noise from the metal on metal bang let all three of us not sleep very well and got so bad that during our last night we couldn't sleep at all. Also, there description promises a safe in the room but ours didn't work. We let them know about that on the very first day and reminded them to fix it on a daily basis but nothing happened Thus we had to carry our passports and valuables with us all day which wasn't really what we wanted. Overall, disappointed of their service. They either should have fixed the issues or compensate us a bit for the inconvenience.

Good location.

Great location and view of Sacre Coer, especially at night. Local restaurants are very authentic. Good for one or two nights.

Small and pokey, especially bathroom however opening the large windows certainly opened up the space. Response from staff is incredibly slow.
