Inconsiderate owner

Nice area. Apartment was nice and comfortable.

We had a very bad experience with the owner. We paid A$99 for early entry to the property but on arrival we were unble to locate the keybox. I messaged the host and they responded after the normal check in time. The initial check in details gave a keybox number only. The updated response, after our missed early check in, explained that the keys are stored in the basement of the property and not at the entrance. We were hugely inconvenienced and had to leave our car parked full of luggage in the city centre while we did our first booked excursion. I am extremely disappointed that a refund of the early check in fee has been refused citing 'check in details were provided on 12th November' (keybox number only!)

Cosy unit for a couple. well equipped kitchen.

It was close to relatives for us. Beds were comfy ,kitchen was well equipped

Not enough hot water for 3 people, cold showers.Dryer didn’t work and leaking water?Power went off twice. No parking for a larger car and no parking out front. This should be advertised before payment.Had to park around the block, not happy in the pouring rain. No shoes inside? Black hair in the shower,should be clean when charging a fee.

My priority was being close to my friends, so the unit met that need.

We wanted to be near friends, so the location was excellent from that point of view.

The unit smelt of mould. I think it was coming from the kitchen. It was quite overpowering and so you needed to have the windows open at all times. I would not want to stay their for any length of time.
