We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable home.

Decks, views, number of beds & baths, spacious, fireplaces.

Needs additional linens/blankets/throws in Fall & Winter. Bathrooms could use updating.

We had a great time!

It has all the conveniences of home. Great view from the deck/balcony. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Wood floors throughout for easy cleanup. Great place to stay!

the accommodations of space and the location

nothing much except poor lighting in kitchen area which replacing light bulbs would help

We absolutely loved our stay!

The cleanliness was exceptional! The house was decorated for Christmas.

The alarm would speak when a door was opened . Instructions on how to turn this off or to lower the volume would be great

Enjoyed every second of it

Location was perfect. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Will definitely make plans to stay in the future.

Dryer didn't always work. That was the only complaint it was perfect.

it was wonderful

beautiful view and room for everyone

had problems getting TV’s to work could be little cleaner But all and all we loved our Stay and would recommend it to everyone

Perfect, exceptional, amazing!!!!!!

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! So clean and beautiful, definitely felt like home. Will stay there again for sure.

Only one washcloth per bathroom. With 6 people for 3 nights really could have used more.

it was disappointing because I was one the phone with management trying to constantly get things fixed.

We all have left thand are headed back to Indiana- ISsUES -we were given completely wrong instructions and code for door entry. -breakers were blown so coffee pot did not work , maintenance reset -annoying 24 hours of smoke detector or security alarm chirping -dryer had to be fixed before we could use -very very unclear instructions regarding operating TVs. Serviceman had to reprogram TV in downstairs living room as remote was missing. -maintenance had to change broken toilet lid -PH in hot tub was off, chlorine ok - fan broken in downstairs bedroom, maintenance fixed - TV in master #1 says to contact service when trying to watchFOX live this am -1 garbage bag?????? For 8 people. Everyone including maintenance techs were very pleasant and apologized but basically it was so frustrating dealing with issues on a daily basis while on vacation.

Exceptional

The whole cabin was perfect. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg. It was everything as advertised which was a relief!

One of the main bedrooms upstairs to the left as you enter the cabin. The bathtub has a draining issue. Nothing major just making you aware

Magnificent place to stay.

The extra bathrooms were awesome to have.

The hot tub had a few minor maintenance issues. Hubby fixed the knob that was not on securely and the filter that wasn't in properly. Other than that we had absolutely no issues with anything.

Pleasant

The cabin itself is very nice, the location wasn’t too terrible to get too either. The beds were comfortable and it was roomy.

Edit: they were very kind and made the situation right which I great appreciate! Most people won’t do that for you. So they are wonderful for that. Unfortunately, the cleaning fee is very expensive ($200 something dollars) and our cabin wasn’t cleaned very well (if at all). Downstairs it smelled awful and we weren’t sure where it was coming from, went into the laundry room and found a towel covered in vomit in the washer. We also found a pan of old brownies sitting in oven. That was pretty disappointing.

best vacation ever

the cabin has the best location of any of the cabins in the community. it’s at the top of the mountain and the views are exceptional. this was by far the best vacation that we’ve had. we would absolutely rent this cabin again.
