Magique

Tout est parfait. Un havre de paix avec une famille formidable et très accueillante. L’endroit nous permet d’être au calme après l’effervescence de Marrakech. Les repas sont délicieux et à des prix raisonnables. Le petit déjeuné est tout fait maison et change tous les jours. Merci à toutes les personnes de cette famille formidable. Nous reviendrons car nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Nous ont donné des conseils pour des visites et excursions. Just do it!

Where do I even start .... We arrived as strangers but we left with a new family! Abderrahman (the host), Faouzia (the hostess and best cook in Marrakech), Naziha (the sous-chef and hostess), and not to forget Lamis (the cat, who will always come to greet you in the morning and in the evening) ... all of them were just so welcoming and warm-hearted! The reviews speak for themselves, and trust me if I say that it is not too good to be true, it is reality! Every morning, the breakfast consisted of freshly baked bread, msemen (Moroccan pastry), freshly pressed juice (from their own garden), fresh olive oil (from their own garden), all kinds of fresh toppings from the area, Moroccan minted tea, coffee, and a daily extra. You can also order dinner in advance. We ordered three times, two times Tajine and one time Couscous ... and again, GREAT! If you're afraid of getting sick from street food, you can be sure that Le Bleu House will serve you fresh, neat and tasty food. The area outside the hotel looks poorly maintained, but it is just another vibe, for you'll really feel that you're between locals. Everybody outside is very friendly and welcoming to tourists. The area between the walls of the hotel is beautiful. It's a terrain with all kinds of trees (olive, orange, lemon, tangerine, etc.), cats, birds and chicken's. The room was properly maintained, neat, and big. The decoration is somewhat oldskool, but it is very charming. The distance between Marrakech and the hotel is around 25 minutes. If you're staying more than 3 nights, I would suggest to rent a car (like we did). If you're staying between 1 and 3 nights, you can perfectly rent a taxi, the host will be happy to order a taxi for you (one way costs around €30,00). Furthermore, the host will be happy to help you further with any question and will give you the best suggestions. They're all very helpful. To sum up: just do it!

Parfait pour notre nuit près de Marrakech

Nuit de rêve à la perle bleue !

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard le soir au riad. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, avec un thé à la menthe et des pâtisseries marocaines. Le cadre est magnifique, une vraie perle au calme et à seulement 25min de Marrakech. Quand nous avons ouvert le portail bleu, nous ne nous attendions pas à ce magnifique lieu ! Les hôtes ont été des amours, vraiment adorables et foncièrement gentils. Le petit déjeuner a été le meilleur du séjour et pourtant à chaque riad ils étaient savoureux ! Le café aux épices, une merveille, des gâteaux maisons et du amlou à tomber ! Tout était un délice, ainsi qu'un jus d'orange fraîchement pressé, avec les oranges du jardin. Les hôtes nous ont offert plus d'1kg d'orange en partant ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau pour les enfants ! Et nous avons eu droit au lit bébé pour notre fille de 11 mois. Tout était parfait !

A marrakesh oasis! An amazing secret garden.

This beautiful oasis is hidden away - you need a car but it is worth the journey. We didn't want to leave. Hosts are so kind, we felt so relaxed. The place is instagram stunning. Beautifil Little pool, terrace with Sunset Views, mountains, olive trees grove. Everything is nicely decorated with great lighting. The freshly prepared food is delicious! Good breakfast! In the suburbs but less than 30 mins from the airport. We will definitely go back.

Merveilleux ! Nous avons passés un séjour incroyable au Blue House. L’accueil, le cadre, la tranquillité, la nourriture, le personnel et les propriétaires du Riad sont incroyable ! Extraordinaire.

Le voyage s’est très très bien passé. Durant tous le séjour , nous avions l’impression d’être accueillie par notre famille. Cet endroit est juste exceptionnel : reposant , merveilleux et les personnes qui nous ont accueillies , encore plus exceptionnelles. Merci à toute la famille pour cet accueil qu’on retrouve nul part ailleurs.♥️ Je conseille à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent visiter Marrakech de passer par le blue house afin de vivre un moment d’émerveillement. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Top!

Selten haben wir so gastfreundliche Gastgeber erleben dürfen. Wir waren etwa anderthalb Wochen nach dem furchtbaren Erdbeben in Marokko im September 2023 die ersten Gäste, die im Bleu House zu Gast waren und man war merklich froh darüber. Angefangen mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie extra Handtüchern und frischen Granatäpfeln, die man uns nach dem Begrüßungstee an den Pool brachte, verwöhnte man uns später weiter mit zusätzlichen Vorspeisen und einem Dessert, obwohl wir nur Vorspeisensalate und eine große Tajine zum Teilen für drei Personen bestellt hatten. Auch das Lunchpaket am nächsten Morgen war sehr freundlich, wir mussten früh zum Flughafen und hatten daher leider keine Zeit, um morgens um 05:00 Uhr noch zu frühstücken. Ansonsten ist das Grundstück einfach schön, die Zimmer, der Pool, der Garten, alles stimmt. Schade, dass wir nur Zeit für eine Übernachtung hier hatten, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Umso beeindruckender wiederum, was man sich für eine Mühe gemacht hat für Gäste, die nur eine Nacht bleiben. Top!

A beautiful little hideaway

This stay was amazing! The staff were all so hospitable and friendly! Always making sure we had what we needed and more! The grounds were immaculate and always tidy and the room was comfortable. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed and considering the price, how could anyone complain!! Beyond worth the money!

Nothing! The place is around half hour taxi from Marrakech so that may be something to consider but with local tourist transport we found getting around to be pretty straight forward

Entirely wonderful experience; highly recommend

Sooo peaceful. Great respite from the heat and bustle of Marrakech. Beautiful facilities; pool was spotless and immaculately kept. Free breakfast was simple yet tasty and good quality. The tagines were made like your Moroccan mom would make them. The entire staff was amazing; we felt so welcome and at home.

The only improvement I can think of is to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Eine solide Unterkunft, auch für mehrere Tage

We got a lot for a good price. The room and the area were (very) clean. The breakfast and dinner were also good. The staff is very friendly and considered our extra wishes. The garden is very nice.

The bed was not acceptable for us. Ugly bedding made out of synthetic and the bed sheet always disconnected from the mattress, so we layer directly on it. Additionally the bed was very hard. It’s a farming neighbourhood with a lot of animal noise. The dinner was good, but a bit tasteless (more seasoning is required).

Amazing stay

Tranquil, family-owned auberge the perfect distance from the Marrakech hustle

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Bleu House. It was the perfect location to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech but still go into the city for a few hours (~30 minutes driving). This is a family owned business and you can feel that in the quality of the services and interactions with the hosts -- so kind and warm. The rooms were comfortable and the garden was tranquil, we loved spending time there. We live in Rabat so are quite used to traveling in Morocco, and can assure you that this accommodation is one of the best (And my Moroccan husband confirmed that Fouzia's tagine was absolutely fantastic!) We'll definitely be back here the next time we need a weekend getaway.

Our stay at Le Bleu House was relaxed, welcoming and picturesque. The rooms were comfortable, the team were all so warm, polite and extremely accommodating to any requests. We were welcomed to the property late at night with tea and biscuits, served a homely breakfast each morning, and given transport and advice when entering central Marrakech, which was very helpful! We have already recommended Le Bleu House to our friends and family, so if you're looking for a little paradise outside the hustle and bustle of Central Marrakech, this is your place.

Wonderful oasis of tranquility

The location is very beautiful, the hosts are very warm and welcoming and the food is absolutely amazing. It's a perfect little getaway especially if you're looking to get away from the crowded city of Marrakech but also definitely worth the visit on its own. The lush garden with some animals roaming around the property makes for a very peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

The mattress is quite hard. For my partner with a sensitive back this was a bit of an issue.
