7 DAY RENTAL IN SEASON JULY-LATE AUGUST SATURDAY - SATURDAY This 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is loft) 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 12 of your closest family and friends. It is just 1 half block from the beach with breathtaking vast views of the ocean from the brand new front 3rd floor deck. There is garage parking for 2 cars and a storage area for your beach supplies. Come enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean at 15th Street Beach in North Wildwood any time of year! We cater to families and responsible adults 28 and older. (Holiday weekends 3 day minimum)

It was a short stay and worked well for everyone to have their own bedroom and nice location to the beach

Location is amazing, 1 short block from the beach and boardwalk. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and helpful. Just note that it is on the 3rd floor so as long as everyone can handle stairs, this place is a great choice.

Our family, ranging in age from 70 - 2, stayed at Mike's place for a short getaway to the Jersey shore. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! Close to the beach and the boardwalk, but quiet and pleasant. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Mike and Erin were great at communicating and answered any questions I had quickly and completely. If you're looking for a place in North Wildwood that can accommodate a group, look no further. This is it!

We stayed with a group of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids). The place had plenty of room and was very clean. The location can not be beat since everything is walking distance. Beach proximity is excellent. The owners communication was great as well. I would stay here when in North Wildwood 10/10 times. Thank you Mike and Erin.

Property was as advertised. Very clean, roomy. We had family of 10 and were never crowded or in each others way. 3 bathrooms was a major plus. Great view and distance to beach. Owner, Mike, was awesome. He went totally above and beyond to help and accomodate us during our stay.

Mike was an amazing host! We had no problems or concerns but yet he checked in with us regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay! Couldn't ask for better!

The property is located within minutes of all our planned activities in Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and Cape May.
The large windows in the living room allow a lot of light in. It was particularly enjoyable to have our breakfast and a late night snack on the front deck. The entire condo is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, including the pull out queen size sofa that I slept on. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant. The property owner responds immediately to any questions and provides easy directions for check in and check out. Highly recommend this property to anyone, including large families.

My family and I stayed at Mike and Erin’s for Irish Weekend and it was perfect! It is so close to the beach, has a beautiful deck to enjoy your meals, the beds were super comfy, and the entire condo was clean and had everything you might need while on vacay. Mike was incredibly responsive and sent really helpful/detailed instructions for check in and check out. If steps are tough for you, that would be the only thing to keep in mind as it’s on the top floor. So worth the view of the beach though!!

This rental was perfect for our girls weekend! Such a quick walk to the beach we were able to run back to the house throughout the day. Check in was super early and Mike was very accommodating the entire booking process! We will be booking again :)

Fun time in Wildwood
We stayed with two other couples for a long weekend at the beach. Property was accurately described in listing. Have a partial beach view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive. Only two blocks from the boardwalk. Would recommend.

Great House, Perfect Location
This house was perfect for our stay in town for a wedding. Mike was extremely responsive, check-in/out was super easy and the house was in an amazing location. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely book with Mike again on our next trip to Wildwood!

We have been traveling with our family to Wildwood for years
This year we had a few extra family members with us, so decided on a rental house. It was perfect for us, especially location. There was one sofa, dining table and bar stools to provide plenty of seating for everyone. Very convenient having the dishwasher, washer and dryer! It was such a pleasure staying there, we hope to return in the future.

Perfect location
This property was perfect location to the beach and boardwalk. Great bedroom set up for our group. The property owner was super responsive for pre trip planning and answering questions like the best grocery store to run to during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach with ocean views from the deck.
The owners let us know that with Covid they were taking extra precautions with cleaning/sanitizing the house. Which made me feel better about staying in someone else’s house other than my own.
The only issue we had was that the a/c unit was working properly. However, once I reached out to the owner he had someone come that same day to fix it. They were very apologetic about the a/c having issues and are now working on getting a brand new a/c unit.
I would def recommend this rental.

The location was excellent with a wonderful Lanai and view of the ocean. The walking distance and accessibility to the ocean and boardwalk was perfect for our family. The owner was extremely helpful and available for any questions.

We stayed for a weekend in June. The place was clean, updated, and you can’t beat the location! The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!
