良い旅

館内に貸切風呂、露天風呂、マッサージチェアなど色々あり快適に過ごせました。

個人的に朝食は少なくて良いので一人前で美味しいものが食べたかった。ブッフェで大人数分なので仕方ないとは思います。

A very nice stay, I recommend the hotel with nice onsen and great buffet.

A very nice place with very good onsen. The rooms are very nice and relatively big. The buffet is excellent with lot of kind of foods.

とても良い思い出となりました。

スタッフに若い方が多く、テキパキ動いていて見ていて気持ち良かった

部屋に付いているお風呂のお湯を抜いた時に排水が悪く水漏れしてしまってびっくりした。その後のスタッフの対応はしっかりしていました。

An amazing onsen hotel with a great buffet

Perched on a hillside, this hotel is best accessed by car. It's very large and very well organized. Onsen - large public and a number of small private ones are fantastic. Recreation room was retro - old arcade games and well maintained table tennis table. There was even a room with old games - turned out to be a pleasant way to pass the time. In addition to a sumptuous buffet (dinner and breakfast) there was ramen served late at night - amazing! The gift shop /convenience store was extremely well stocked. All in - a great experience - we should have planned to stay an extra night.

A little difficult to get to without a car.

Good value and family friendly onsen

I enjoyed the most their free private onsen. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet provided varieties of food with fresh and local ingredients. It's a great chance to try something new and authentic.

I hope that they can have Shuttle service from the train station

リピートしたくなる宿

冬でも施設全体が温かく、靴もなしで移動でき、何より７つの貸し切り露天風呂とそれに近い部屋に泊まれた時は、最高でしょう。ブュッフェもおいしかったです。

7つの露天風呂が混んだときは利点を生かしづらいですね。

料理も部屋も良いけど異臭でガッカリ

朝夕食共種類豊富なバイキング、酒類も無料で満足しました。自由に貰える、お茶やアメニティが良かったです。

4階の個室風呂と同じフロアーの部屋だったが、個室風呂までの手前の空間が異臭（ペットの排泄物の様な臭い）で、大浴場、食堂に行くにもそこを通らねばならず、帰る時も残っており、不快でした。

感動の旅

わたくし達が、メールのやり取りの中で、結婚して25年になることをお伝えしたら、宿泊した夕御飯時にさりげなくお祝いしてくださった事が初めてでとても嬉しく妻も感動して泣きそうだったから気配りやおもてなし最高でした。

Nice relaxing stay in the onsen hotel, definitely will recommend to friends.

1. Very pleasant environment - relaxing in the onsen area. 2. Very friendly staff - explain all the onsen facilities very clearly. 3. Good spread for buffet breakfast and dinner. A pity that they didn't change the menu on the 2nd night we stayed there.

No big issues/dislikes, just some slight improvement: 1. More hooks to hang clothes in the shower room. 2. Bigger dustbins

I will be back again and stay even longer.

One of the most efficiently run hotels that I’ve been to. The whole system is seamless and the quality of the food was also excellent. Hot springs pools are devine. I now would like to stay in all other hotels run by this corporation.

check out time is 10am which is too early after breakfast.

Beautiful, big rooms and nice selection of onsens.. but a lengthy check in process.

We enjoyed the selection of onsens available and the comfortable, large rooms (we stayed in the Japanese style room). The location is also excellent as it’s only a very short walk to many of the sights in the town.

The check in process was very long. We initially arrived 1 hour early and we’re told to return at check in time (3pm) where we were greeted with around 100 other guests attempting to check in at the same time. We waited around an hour in the busy lobby before we could then check in.. which definitely had a negative impact on our first impressions of the hotel.
