The kids had fun

The house was big and had most of the things we needed The view was lovely Properly cleaned before arrival

Street parking, but no incidents The heat was unbearable inside the house Not enough windows On top of the heat, we couldn’t open kitchen window The other 2 bedrooms are outside the main house and not of a holiday standard There was some bed smell Big, flying cockroaches at night!!!!! That was most disgusting

Home away from home

The location is good close to the beach and margate town. Friendly lady who was very helpful. It is a peaceful and safe place. The house has eveeything that you need.

Pleasant although it was very windy and ended up being cold on Thursday but very friendly and caring

Spacious room, sea view, clean with white towels and well resourced facility especially in the kitchen, lounge and balcony and brasi area.

Light bulb in main bedroom was on and off although some light allowed proper bathing.

Pleasant satisfactory venue

The view from the place was amazing. The house was spacious and comfortable-living space, deck, kitchen were very large and spacious The 3 bedrooms in the main were comfortable with nice attention to detail The venue was close to all amenities Annie the caretaker was accessible when needed and very helpful

It was not wheelchair friendly Lots of stairs made it difficult for elderly people with walking disabilities to get around. There were water leaks from the ceiling in two bedrooms There was a musty wet smell which was over powering on the first night in the basement apartment. The rooms in the basement apartment were not as comfortable and welcoming as the main house.. One of the sinks in the basement apartment had something missing in the faucet which made water gush all over and created a mess-we did not use this bathroom as a result. The bathroom facilities were a bit old and more bathtubs than showers were available in the main house. A deep clean of the place would be recommended.

The two rooms downstairs would have been better if it was connected to the main house instead of going outside. Heaters during winter when it's very cold.

Beautiful, awesome and breathtaking. Totally peaceful

The home itself is set up beautifully and as expected from pics online, it was exactly that. host was very polite and accommodating. Peaceful , clean and secure place to spend with family and friends. View is breathtaking and accommodation is plenty. plenty of essential, linen and toiletries were available. wished we could have stayed longer..A definite yes for people to have the best of the best on a holiday, near or abroad.

all was expected as seen online, so nothing I can say to make change , except maybe to sort out the mini plastic pool, as the air in the pool goes down quickly.

It was a beautiful stay and the view was out of this world.

The house was very spacious and warm. It was able to accomodate all of my friends and I.

There's a slight issue with rodents in the house. I'd suggest the host buys "cockroach killing bait powder". It works like magic. Also, the caretaker is a great woman however if she has to address a matter that bothers her can she please do it without screaming at guests next time. We had an awful exchange with her the one night, but she's a great caretaker nonetheless.

Very good

The views were awesome. Perfect location and big enough to accommodate my family. We were close to all local amenities. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

I think the place should of been kept a little cleaner, would of made our stay even better and saved me the hassle of tidying up. Overall though we had a really nice stay. Would definitely recommend the place!

Very spacious. Fantastic views. Louise was really accomodating and helpful. Anna also was great.

3 bedrooms upstairs really uncomfortable beds. Only 1 room has aircon but no remote so couldnt use it. Only 1 shower upstairs, other 2 bathrooms have tubs with telephone shower but no curtain to avoid water spilling on floors. Lounge doesn't have enough seating for our group of 9 people. Round dining table is too big making it very conjested and tight fitting. hard to maneuvre around it. Kitchen could do with a gas stove. We had to borrow from maid in loadshedding. An awning outside bar and lounge area would be nice as it rained and we had to be indoors with little seating. Braai area needs a cover or chimney so you can also braai on rainy weather. Steps leading to basement flatlet very slippery in wet weather, one of my family members fell and hurt his back. shower door in downstairs single room needs attention. Loadshedding bulbs should also be fitted inside the bathrooms,however, they dont last very long. Suggest have an inverter installed.

it was clean, very spacious, lovely environment &!private home away from home

double bed down stairs was very uncomfortable and 1 of the single beds down stairs was also not comfortable and please provide emergency lights or chargeable lights to use when theys load shading. on the app the check out time is 11 but the cleaning lady came 9h45 shouting at us & telling us we need to leave by 10 she was very rude & unprofessional but the gentleman was very kind

Hansmeyer hill was what we expected and more

The staff was very friendly and welcoming they even stay near the property but they dont come to the house as long you follow all the instructions.

Nothing at all, we were happy with everything, we found what we see on booking. Com there's no pool but the beach is very close approximately 5 minutes drive

The house is spacious, what we saw on the pictures is what we got.

The 2 bedrooms downstairs had unpleasant smell, paint smell and beds were not COMFORTABLE!!! I wasn't happy at all with them, one of the things you looking forward on a rented house is a bed, something must be done on them.
