Calme, Luxe, Beauté et Professionnalisme: Très belle expérience

Un grand professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel dans un complexe hotelier intimiste malgré sa dimension, avec une architecture moderne minimaliste magnifique, vue dominante sur la mer. Il est vrai que nous disposions d'une chambre (villa) ave piscine: calme et volupté, avec possibilité de service midi-soir pour déjeuner ou diner. Conseil: Certes l'option demi-pension est intéressante surtout si vous avez des enfants, mais avec 2 restaurants de qualité sur place, la possibilité de diner "à domicile" en terrasse et surtout des opportunités d'accéder à des villages (ports) typiques dans un rayon de 15 kilomètres, je préconise de rester autonome. Et puis pensez à reserver une soirée pour aller diner dans l'hotel qui appartient au groupe en bord de mer. Le cadre est superbe, le restaurant ++ Salle de sport++ C'est la première fois en XX années de frequentation d'hotels (professionnel et touristique) que je reçois un cadeau lors du départ. La classe... Clientèle internationale non bruyante

Ce ne sont pas des critiques, mais des remarques. 1. Ne vous attendez pas à faire la fête le soir. Mais une volonté d'afficher chaque soir des chanteurs et artistes en toute intimité, tranquillité autour d'un verre si vous le souhaitez 2. L'hotel n'est pas en bord de mer, séparé par une route. Navette assurée. C'est déstabilisant à première vue, mais cela ne dure que quelques secondes au regard des prestations (piscines etc..) et du cadre +++

Dreamy Stay

The service was extraordinary, the hotel design and maintenance were breathtaking. Food was superb as well - it was clear that a lot of thought was made regarding food options. Staff was very helpful with every request we had, and just didn't want to leave.

Only thing I think can be improved is the entertainment in the rooms - adding movies, Netflix and such. But this is not something we were expecting and disappointed about, it could just be a very cool extra.

L’hôtel aux lignes contemporaines est magnifique et très propre Chambre très confortable avec piscine privée La vue sur la mer était incroyable Le personnel d’une gentillesse absolue et aux petits soins L’hôtel est totalement adapté aux enfants

L’eau en bouteille est payante Le coût du buffet du soir s’élève à 40 euros par personne. Le buffet est bon mais ce prix n’est pas justifié. Aucune animation en soirée c’est dommage car aucune ville à proximité de l’hôtel ( 35 min minimum)

la piscine du spa le petit déjeuner buffet le restaurant gastronomique l’architecture le kids club les collations dans la chambre tous les jours

trop de monde pas de place à la piscine à partir de 11:00 la plage de l’hôtel est dans un mini port artificiel les massages étaient sans convictions l’accueil et le départ on était honteux Personnel d’encadrement inexistant a mi chemin entre lez camping et un club med. a l’écart de tout, au milieu de champs. Donnant sur une double voix et un parking photovoltaïque dés cafetières l’or au lieu de nespresso

Unfortunately our stay here was average. Nothing to rush back for

The rooms were spacious and the private pool was lovely. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade from a shared pool to a private pool.

The check in process was bizarre, whilst staff were doing their best and what was instructed of them, being asked to sit multiple times whilst traveling all day with a baby was frustrating. Instead of a normal check in process at the front desk they try to hard to make it ‘special’ when in fact guests just want to be shown to their room. The food from the pool bar and lunch restaurant was below standards in Greece and for a 5 star resort. The cable cart was incredibly slow and painful. All in all, the location was not great, the food was borderline bad and I didn’t find it was value for money.

Disappointed

No record of our reservation when we arrived Had to wait over and hour to receive a temporary room whilst they sorted our reservation. Then get shown to a room only to discover someone was already in there !! UNBELIEVABLE! Then had to move rooms the next day which wasted more of our holiday. Very disappointed with out stay

A special hotel with Spa and beautiful pools with great food and plenty of wonderful beaches nearby

The rooms were amazing, especially with your own pool. The hotel pools are wonderful with one salt and one sweet ( as they call fresh water ). The hotel is unique in the respect that the pools stretch the breadth of the hotel and look especially nice at night. The Spa was worth a visit and for once the massages are really powerful if you choose them to be and are carried out by those that know what they are doing.

I didn't mind, but there is no beach and the sister hotel beach over the road is not to be recommended. We hired a car and drove to Episkopi beach which has sun loungers with drinks service, umbrellas and a nice beach restaurant. This beach is also out of town and uncrowded. The lift to the rooms is a little slow, a funicular with only one train so you can find yourself going up when you mean to go down! Perhaps having a cinema evening would be nice as there appears to be a space designed for the purpose and themed dinners in the buffet would be nice too?

The hotel staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so nice and helpful (and smiley). The room was fabulous and the decoration absolutely amazing. The food was delicious.

Pleasant if you look for a pool big resort

Convenient and nice if you are looking for enjoying good quality and design resort with swimming pool. The rooms are quite comfortable, including the bed. The outdoor, pool and lounge area are well done and pleasant.

It is located above the main road, not exactly by the beach, so the access happens via a partner resort. But if you mainly want to sit by the pool with music, it’s not a big issue. We arrived late in the evening and ordered room service. The bbq meat (souvlaki) was dry and clearly re-heated. Would recommend the hotel to remove it from the menu list if you cannot guarantee the freshness and quality at anytime.

the best family vacation you can have, can’t wait to go back!

the staff was amazing, so helpful and so nice always. the spa was the best I ever saw. they thought about every single detail! the kids club was a fun for our kids, the staff and facilities were amazing. we loved having a heated pool.

the automated lights in the rooms were a bit annoying but it’s a small issue compared to the amazing stay we had.

Amazing hotel! Good value for money

New hotel with beautiful views. The pools are amazing (one of them was heated), a lot of sun beds so it doesn’t feel busy. kids friendly- there are kids pools, water slides (also for adults!) , kids club. Got a travel cot and a small bath in the room for my baby. Lunch is nice by the pool. Great location, close to Rethimno

Beach is nice but not amazing. Restaurants at the hotel are pricey compared to the area. Cable car sometimes is stuck and no easy way to walk to the room with kids/elderly people.

You have a good staff, good location, but is very expensive for what you offer.

Staff, cleaning(the lady drom cleaning come every day and clean the room) , breakfast, pool.

The room whas unfinished, and have wax stains on the floor. Dinner is very expensive.

not one of our best but a nice hotel

nice pool and view

use of indoor pools is at an extra charge, staff are not trained to give good customer care and the lifts are annoying it takes so long to get to your room. this is more of a volume tourist resort. dinner prices are exorbitant compared to other far better restaurants around for half the price.

one of the best!

beautiful, well designed. the staff, especially Stella, we gave us personalised service and make us feel top priority. all the staff were present. the Villa room is more then amazing. best view. the food, especially the breakfast, is the best we have ever had. very clean facilities. i hope we can spend more time in the hotel. thanks for everything!
