it has fair share good and bad , lighting of the room , WIFI and windows not secured is bad.

The apartment seemed very spacious, cozy and was full of utilities at the first sight. However, we noticed a few inconveniences and setbacks as we spent more time. First of all, the internet was very unstable- it kept going off time and again. We had booked the apartment to rest and chill and watch movies after a weekend spent at a festival. However, the unstable internet didn't work too much in our favor. It would also be worth pointing out that we were not able to connect to the internet/ netflix or youtube on a smart TV which was a shame as we would have enjoyed it. We came by train and had to take an uber to the housing as the public transports are not too well connected to the area. There are two big supermarkets and a gas station nearby hence it was convenient to shop. However, it is an industrial area and future visitors could check the surroundings before booking. There's an erotic house right next to the building which could be a point to note in case some visitors are booking a family holiday and want to be mindful of that. To continue on the issue of the internet, we randomly thought of checking the number of devices connected to the internet through a hidden camera app. We happened to do so after our eyes laid on an older review left by a visitor. The app hinted at some suspicious cameras and devices within the apartment. It was strange that there were two big speakers facing the bed in the main bedroom. Furthermore, the lighting in the bedrooms was very dim and dark and it felt quite scary at night times. There was a problem with the window of the bathroom which could not be closed and it was closed by some metallic weights which kept moving. This is quite unsafe as someone could easily invade the apartment. We also found a very grim picture of a devil symbol on the second bedroom with bunk beds which wasn't a pleasant sight to see.

WIFI very weak , Satellite channels not so good as everything was in German . Couldn't connect to Netflix or YouTube . For property as such netflix/ youtube should be connected , not everyone who is traveling will understand German and would be interested to watch satellite channels. Overall, the apartment is quite spacious and equipped, however it would be good if the owner can pay attention to the above mentioned points to ensure safety, security, privacy and overall a feeling of well- being. also it was told to us the garbage needs to be separated but there was no bags provided , travellers , these were something a property should provide. one more thing the property is situation very close to an erotic business place, i think this should be mentioned on the booking details . Also regarding check in and check out timing , property owner not so accommodating and flexible - check in time was so late and check out at 10 am , our flights were at 6 pm and had no where to go , atleast the effort of accommodating some minutes or an hour would have made a difference . we did check out at 10 am and waited out in the lobby for our taxi (uber) it takes a while to arrive and it didn't arrive before 10:45 am and even until that time nobody had come for cleaning and preparing the apartment . when we asked for a bit of time during check out few days we were advised the apartment was booked fully and would have no time to clean and offer the apartment whilst we do know the check in is only at 5pm after .

checking in was not smooth as we had to wait for the entry code from the owner. understood that the property was available but the owner insist that we had to wait until 17.00 for checking in. That day was very hot and we need to have the shelter. Finally the host sent us the entry code at 15.00 hr.

Had to Pay for Alternative Accommodation and Suffered 3 Unused Days with Virginie Fewo.

Owner put in effort to decorate the rooms. Besides fully equipped kitchen, pantry was also stock full with seasonings and many jars of bread spreads etc.

Poor location, needing car and GPS because there is no signage at all, only the name plate on lot after turning into carpark. It's in an industrial area, opposite the Colosseum Private FKK Sauna Club. Tap water leaves heavy metallic residue in white washroom basin after every single use. Master bedroom was very very poorly lighted with dense leafy plastic plants and hifi speakers facing the bed. Suspect hidden cameras. Found a bunch of dusty sewing needles in a decorative wooden sailing ship placed on top of the toilet rack. See pictures.
