This beautiful new Aerolite luxury bunkhouse has room for the whole family! We deliver within 2 hours of Sacramento. Adjustable hydraulic bunk beds allow you to have up to 3 full size beds. There is a king size walk around bed with plenty of storage, a large pantry, super slide with U-dinette and a couch that both make into beds. It is so roomy! LED lighting, speakers throughout. NON-SMOKING! NO PETS. This trailer is 6200 lbs dry weight. Be sure your vehicle has a tow rating at least 500 lbs above this. Most 3/4 ton will have no problem, and some 1/2 tons can tow it. (I tow it with a 2017 V8 Ram 1500) Please do your research if you’re towing. Drop off times and arrangement need to be established in advance. We will set-up the entire trailer for you when it is delivered. This takes 30-45 minutes. Pick up times and drop off times vary: we will work with you on those times but must be within 30 minutes of our agreed time. Late pick up or drop off will be charged $25 per hour. Orientation is usually 30-45 minutes please plan on this time before beginning your trip! Please bring copy of your drivers license at time of pick up. Feel free to test any and all systems while you are picking the unit up. We often can't attend to repairs once you are already away. Have a great time! Thank you, And enjoy your trip! Some general RV information: Be sure to only use single ply or RV toilet paper. Never leave the black water tank valve open, (it should be filled and then dumped or solids will accumulate) All units only have 1 black water tank and 1 grey. Always use the provided pressure regulator for city water connection. You won't need the water pump on when connected to city water. Propane lines will need bled if tanks have been off. (Can be done by running the burners) AC and microwave cannot be used at the same time for most breakers and generators. The slide out will only work with a full 12v on the battery. (You can plug into your tow vehicle if needed) There are many other points of information but hopefully these are helpful! No burning man or black rock desert.
