Excellent!!!

We arrived earlier then the check-in time and the owners were very nice with us and they gave us the room at 9:30. We really appreciated!! Also the room was very nice and new(as in the photos),nice view and comfortable.

Very nice

We weren't expecting our towels to be changed and our beds to be made every day. Nice and relaxing place. Owners are friendly and generous. Cats everywhere! 🥰

Be aware it's very close to the airport. Bring your own hair dryer.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartments. Near the airport, but the room is completely soundproof. Our room has a balcony and a sea view. Very calm, high quality. Very cozy room, smart TV, fridge, tea kettle. Shampoo, soap, shower gel. The hosts are very helpful and responsive to all requests. There are showers on the beaches that are right next to the apartments, it's always windy, you don't feel hot. Umbrellas, sunbeds, food, etc. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Great find in Karteros

Well located, walking distance to the beach and an awesome bakery directly across the street. Owners were very friendly, well maintained with recently remodeled rooms.

Very convenient stay coming from / going to the airport

Nice staff, everything clean and spacious. Nice small balcony, simple kitchen. Very close to the airport. Great bakery just across the street that is open from early in the morning till the late evening, ~10 pm.

Adequate and inexpensive

Nice host. Near OK beach. Parking at the apartment. OK AC. Good home cooking restaurant and bakery across the street

Fine for a night

It was fine for one night before an early flight the next morning. Staff were very friendly and it was clean. Didn’t spend time in the garden, but it was lovely. Nice cafe/bakery across the street opens at 6am and the beach not too far of a walk.

It could do with some updating, particularly the 1980s laminate flooring and the plugs (one only worked if you ‘held’ your plug in it). Generally felt dark inside since the lights were so dim and the windows so small.

a good choice if you want to be near a beach, the airport and the centre of Heraklion

I got a free coke and water by the owner's family, and they were very cozy - bungalow apartment were very big with balcony. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was cleaned every day. with a bus ride (€ 1,50) of 15' you can get to the centre of heraklion and the beautyful karteros beach is close.

Maybe a restyle of linoleaum floor will enhance the apartment look - fridge was feckless , it has to be changed. Also cooking stove should be modernized.

Good price to quality.

Helpful staff (You can always count on them) Big apartments (larger than typical rooms availble at booking). Staff clean rooms every day. Good localization (across is very good bakery, near to bus stop, two minutes walking to large beach). Near to airport. Free wifi, and parking place. If You like planes, You can see them landing at airport from apartments. If You are looking a calm place to stay, You should be satisfactioned.

Rooms are not new, have gold years behind them (but it was no problem for me).

Everything was good, the apartments are 5min walk from the beach. Nice and clean, big balcony, great for families. You can hear the airplanes because the airport is near by, but its not a problem.

Friendly staff, easy checkin & out. Close to airport. Amazing bakery across the street. Nice well kept grounds.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned. Hairs in bathroom, dust accumulation on floors, counters, stains inside fridge, dirty kitchen. Floor tiles chipped and broken throughout, light bulbs missing on wall sconce & half of electrical outlets didn’t have power. We didn’t address issues because we were only there for a few hours.

Nosy and uncomfortable apartment

Apartment has a nice terrace and is close to city.

This was the worst apartment we have been on Crete and the most expensive one. The beds were terrible, especially the single ones downstairs. I rather slept on floor with the mattress than on bed since the mattress was so thin I could feel all the wood beneath the bed. Also the furniture, all kitchen apparatus (refrigerator, cooking station) and bathroom are old and more than needed of replacement. The beach is not so close as it seems like on maps, you have to walk few hundred meters to the beach. It is also no peace during the night, there is some party bar close to location and planes are flying very often also in the dark.
