This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom split floorplan condo in an amenity rich gated community near some of Gilbert and Mesa's newest attractions. It is vacation worthy or a business traveler's delight. It's a highly maintained community with various pools, hot tubs, large gym to name a few. All within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and entertainment. A quiet, low traffic road can get you onto the US60 within seconds and it is within walking distance to Banner Gateway Hospital. Pool area and property were exactly as described and had everything you need. Restaurant and grocery shopping are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The overall experience was great. The only downside were the stairs. We are in our 70's and hauling suitcases up and down was a lot of work, as well as multiple trips after grocery shopping. The pool was wonderful. I am a swimmer and really enjoyed the pool.

When I got this place for so cheap I expected it to be some sort of gimmick. But when I explored the property I was just amazed at how nice and clean it was. It had everything I needed and more. Comfiest beds and very livable atmosphere. It was also close to everything I could’ve needed. Property pool was soooo nice. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Condo was exceptionally Clean and very well stocked with supplies/ toilet paper, paper towels/ cleaning supplies. Modern Comfortable furniture, great access to pool and gym , great location to food, shopping, and all major highways. Would definitely be back again !

We didn’t use the pool. We would’ve used the grill if it was gas rather than charcoal. The parking for an extra vehicle was limited and not ideal. We would’ve preferred to get check in info sooner as we drove 27 hours straight to get there and didn’t know that info until arrival. This was a business trip and we had to get work area set up immediately. Otherwise, the experience was exceptional. We are very pleased we stayed there.

I appreciated the gated security to the property and was greeted by a very clean and organized condo! The property also has two nice pools, hot tub and workout facility! Easy to access and clear communication with the host. I would stay here again!

Overall it was a nice place. The pool was closed the last few days we were there. Beds were very hard and pillows super soft. Could use some more dishes. Communication with property management wasn't the best.

First of all, this condo is in Mesa, not Gilbert. If you love the smell of moth balls, this is the place for you. The beds were a bit hard for our taste and the pillows were too thin and soft. There were no beach towels for the pool and no bedding (that we could find) for the pullout sofa. The condo itself was spacious and property owner was quick to respond to our one request.

Our family of three stayed here and it was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the master had a huge walk-in closest. Nice having a washer/dryer. Our family spent a lot of the time at the pool, which was very nice, and towels for the pool were provided. We chose this rental due to the close proximity to our son and we’d definitely stay here again! The owner responded quickly to all of my questions.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. My husband and I took our daughter and her friend to AZ for a few days of sunshine and pool time. The complex is in a safe neighborhood while still close to shops and restaurants. The condo is clean, has a great floor plan, and is furnished nicely. It was plenty of room for our group of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our room had a huge walk-in closet. The pool is close by. We loved that it also had a covered seating area with a grill and a counter with bar stools. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The property was clean and well kept. There was shampoo and soap to use in the shower and the beds were made of memory foam which was more comfortable than I thought they would be... albeit a little warm. We went to the pool each day after conducting some local business and never had an issue grabbing a chair. The pool was clean and warm for our April stay. We walked to the Safeway on several occasions (about a10 minute walk) to grab snacks / drinks and drove to many of the nearby restaurants. All in all we'd stay here again for sure.

The condo is very nicely decorated. The location is super close to the heated pool, jacuzzi and exercise facility. The amenities are resort like and makes for a nice vacation feel. More rugs on the floors might soften the echos and the noise even though cleaning might be a concern.. Would stay again.

4 of us friends went down for some sun and relaxing pool time. The condo was perfect for us. The two bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly and we did use the pull out couch too. It is just across the parking lot to the pool which is so convenient and close. Also downtown Gilbert isn’t too far away and we Uber’d or took a Lyft everywhere. We walked across the Hwy to Safeway or Fry’s for groceries too. The owner was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions and he even gave us a ride to the airport as 2 of us stayed longer and had an early flight. It is really close to the Mesa airport and only a little farther but still within 20 minutes to Sky Harbor. Perfect location. We hope to come back again soon, loved it! Thanks Dalen!

Very centrally located near lots of food places and easy to locate. Close to the airport which is nice. The pool was relaxing and nice and warm. The condo was neat and well stocked. The beds were very firm but we survived. We hope to return soon to enjoy the great weather.
