One of the exceptional stay that I had in Baguio. ❤️

It was cozy and clean. The staff was polite and accommodating. I can stay there for months.

It was close to the road that since the windows are open, I easily woke up by the sound of the vehicles. But that's something I can get used to if given a chance to have a longer stay :)

Our stay was excellent. I will recommend this property to my friends and will consider this the next time we go to Bagui

The property is in a good location. It is near the city center. The kitchen appliances are complete. They have their own wifi so I was able to work remotely without hassle. The property has 2 balconies. The booking assistant is very accommodating as well.

Definitely a Best place to stay in Baguio. Highly recommended

10/10 - 💯 very accommodating host - clean and fresh linens, towels and kitchen utensils. With complimentary coffee, salt, pepper and oil - with FREE parking - safe space family with little kids - near tourist spots and restaurants - easy to get transport if you don’t want to use your car - with elevator, the owner is so concerned that she upgraded our room from studio to 1BR, since the elevator in the other building is not perfectly working Kudos to Ms. Kat, we will definitely book this place on our next vacation and restaurant

Great location

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and infant for 4 days and 3 nights. Ms. Kat was extremely kind and helpful with all we needed to know during our stay. The layout of the unit was great! The living area was a decent size and has a dining table. The kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to cook and eat in, such as pots/pans, dishes, utenstils, also a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, however, there was no sponge. There was also a water dispenser which was a huge plus and greatly appreciated! The room had a queen bed and a single bed, but the single bed didn't have a blanket, so we made it work by sharing the comforter since I brought blankets for each of our kids. Although, I'm sure they would provide us with a blanket if I asked since they provided us with extra towels as requested. It was very good to have extra since it took a while for our towels to dry in the cold and humid weather, it felt moist everywhere.

We noticed the toilet paper looked used since it seemed to be missing some layers. The unit wasn't that clean because our feet would be dirty when we'd walk barefooted. We did like that they provided house slippers, except the sizes were not appropriate for my toddler and husband, but we made it work. The beds were not that comfy. The cover of the light needed to be cleaned, as well as the vanity. I wish they used a different cover for the sofa because what they had was uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was good for those 3 nights.

Do not hesitate and choose this apartment.

Very beautiful place. Nice view from balcony. Easy to catch taxi. Only 10 min by walk from botanical garden. A small grocery shop is close to the property.

exhausting to climb 5 stories 2-3 times/day

the elevator was inoperable for the entire three days! when the site manager told us it would be fixed the first morning no clean towels each day. only one set!

Very poor

The place was clean and had everything we needed.

The place is located on a main road and next to schools. The traffic and loud noise all day almost 24 hours. Lots of cars, taxis, and jeepnees honking horns and motorbikes. Also, the air smells like diesel fuel exhaust. I can't be out on the balcony without noticing it..can't enjoy the view..hard time breathing..so much pollution all over the city as well. I was disappointed with my trip so I left 3 days early and didn't ask for my money back. I just had to get out of there..also, the elevator was not working, so I had to walk up and down 5 floors of stairs! The bed was hard as well.

A wonderful unit, complete with everything required, and in the perfect location in Baguio

The condo was excellent in its size and location (close to Baguio CC & John Hay GC). it was complete with everything needed for an extended stay (WiFi, Cable TV, rice cooker, electric cooktop, full size fridge, heated shower, etc) Nice Balconies (2)

The available drawers/cabinets for storing clothes was very limited.

Cozy, comfortable, good location, a place to park. kat is super helpful.

I wish towels are newer, the neighbor’s dog is barking so loud at night and day, disrupts sleep.

It was relaxing and cozy! ❤️

A day after I took my NCLEX exam, we decided to relax and do sightseeing. Maam Alona was very accomodatig and kind to answer my inquiries online. Her staff was also amazing and kind. We were able to enjoy the place because it’s quiet and the facilities inside the condo were complete. I hope to come back here again soon. ❤️

I like the spacious and cleanliness both accomodation and amenities. Friendly staff, they are attentive for our needs. For the security, yes it's absolutely safe and sound. The place is definitely cozy and spacious parking. You don't have to worry where to park your car.

They don't have first aid kit in times of emergency. They should replace the slippery floor at the lobby entrance when it rains. Prone of accident. The management must have an open eye regarding this matter. Guest or homeowner's safety must be your priority first.

Very nice ambiance, not too busy but not too far from the city. Room is very clean and all appliances are working.

Admin's availability when needed. Everytime I go to lobby, admin is not present. They could've provided other things that we need like kitchen towel etc.

Superb Host

The host is superb! Very accommodating, very nice and easy to transact with. The room is perfect for a family travelling with kids. The location is near and walking distance to tourist spots as well. For me, everything is perfect and will surely book with them again.

The place and amenities are excellent! However some equipment needs repair or adjustment(e.g. bike)

They should have shown us how to work the shower heater upon arrival, not when we couldn't shower one whole day after arrival when we had to all them for instructions!
