COTO is conveniently located within a short 5 min walk from Ikejiri Ohashi station, and was considerably spacious for ty

it is very near the train station, within 5 min walk. It was clean and spacious with washing and kitchen amenities

would have preferred more clothing hanging space and more pillows. the housekeeper already rang the doorbell 15 mins before the stipulated check out time, which we didn’t appreciate

A great stay ❤

The location is superb. Our stay were great, aside from many places that we went to. We also enjoyed nearby store, woody bakery provides great breads, Tolo have amazing curry bun too for breakfast. Dinner at 龍の子 was warm, the owners were so friendly with our child. Soul food bangkok for lunch were so delicious. And also it's near convenience store.

The property itself we have no problem at all. We had a wonderful time. It's just the elevator of Ikejiri ohashi station that's need some cleansing. It's quite smelly.

Perfect base for Tokyo adventures!

Lovely comfortable environment in a great neighbourhood. Well kitted out with facilities and amenities - the automated bath was excellent! The location is perfect for travel around Tokyo, and close to everything you might need for a comfy stay. Really enjoyable experience and we'll definitely try to come back!

There was very little to dislike at all! The only thing we struggled with was finding an iron and ironing board, but that wasn't too big a problem.

Everything was perfect, second stay at COTO and would love to come back!

The location, the property, and the neighborhood

probably the stairs to level 2, but it is quite normal in Tokyo. Also need one more mirror outside the toilet.

Fabulous

Worth the money, very good stay with a tight budget, they even have kitchen and washing machine, it’s like your own apartment, can sleep 4 persons but the price is cheaper than hotel!

The customer service, actually it’s also my fault that I don’t really pay attention to their emails since I was busy with my daily life, and I just realize that they need to check in a week prior, while I thought that we don’t need to, base on what I knew from the other accomodation, we just have to understand how to get there and how to open the door since there is no staff there, but c’mon... it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any staff at the place but please, you have to be contactable!!! I got to the wrong address since there are so many COTO Shibuya, and I didn’t realize it, but the worst case was that they can’t be reachable after 20:00! So what if the guest have problem to enter the room or else if they just arrived after that working hour!? That happened to me.... I can’t enter the room and it’s 23:00, we didn’t have any choice but to go back to our previous hotel and stayed there again, however I still give them a good rating since they did a money refund to me and besides this matter, I felt so satisfied with the room

Superb

Newly renovated apartment in quiet but central area. Although there’s no host in the apartment they are very kind and willing to help through messaging.

Amazing to experience the more traditional Tatami Mat with futon way of sleeping. But good to take into account that for less mobile/ older people it could be challenging.
