About this house rental

N°907 - Superb house overlooking the bay of Trestraou, with prodigious sea view of all rooms, wooden terrace of 70m², 250m from the beach of Trestraou and 600m from the shops/restaurants, rue de la Clarté in Perros-Guirec, comprising:
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet and balcony with sea view -
1 double bedroom in 140cm for 2 people with duvet and balcony with sea view -
2 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 1 person each with duvets, and balcony SEA VIEW -
1 bathroom with bathtub, double basins and WC -
1 shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasins, WC -
On level -1 (hillside):
1 large bright and spacious living room EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEW with a part living room with TV, sofas, armchairs, decorative stove, and a part dining room overlooking a large wooden terrace -
1 equipped kitchen with 3 gas fires, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven -
Separate WC -
WIGI free of charge. TV with international channels. Gas heating. Washing machine. Parking space. Terrace furniture. Terraced house. Gas plancha. Pedestrian access directly to the beach. Sea view balcony serving all 4 rooms. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by credit card and, optionally, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc.).

Exceptional location overlooking the beach of Trestaou, located 250 m from the beach and 100m from the famous Côte de Granit customs trail.
Rental every two weeks for the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

We really enjoyed the house, the living area was more spacious than I expected from the pictures, and there was a direct pathway down to the sea. The view from the deck was spectacular.
