Did not live up to the very good online reviews given by others.

Good location. Was within walking distance to the main strip, Duval Street.

On two separate occasions I found items (fruit peel and screw) laying on the bed mattress although the cleaning staff had previously cleaned the room. One window had blinds with broken and partially missing slats. The air conditioner was very loud and had to be turned off so that it was quite enough to sleep at night. Bathroom shower/tub had mildew stains. Tiny 14" TV. Woke up each morning with increasing number of bug bites.

Beautiful place, beautiful island, can't wait to go back, would definitely stay there again!

Loved the heated pool, pool towels available, outstanding location close to Duvall Street and the southernmost point, and the small basic kitchen for meal prep!

Parking was limited, but that's Key West for you, still was able to park at or near resort every night.

Very disappointing, room in need of major makeover, not value for money……although location and pool good.

The location is great, the pool and area really nice, and free parking!

Our room was small, which wasn’t a major issue as we didn’t spend much time there BUT it was in major need of a makeover and not value for money in the slightest. There were cheap plastic blinds on the doors and windows which had several broken bits, which affected the privacy of the room, and the decor needed a lot of tlc…….this would not take very much money to do, considering the price charged for the accommodation……it could easily be completed using just one nights rent, along with buying new blinds!! The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. In addition to this, the bathroom was very dirty, covered in hairs and the floor was dirty……..also the cleaners did not make up our room during our stay of 2 nights, no towel change etc. I am so disappointed in this, considering the good reviews on booking.com……we had apartment 2A which was round the back and looks like it’s been forgotten about!the worst value for money stay I’ve ever had.

Pokoj absolutně neodpovídal očekávané kvalitě publikované na Booking.com. Inzerovany výhled do zahrady znamenal výhled do 1 metr vzdáleného plotu. Pokoj byl omsely, zanedbaný, okenní žaluzie na několika mistech vylamane. Vana neodtekala. Velmi hlučný zastaralá klimatizace. Nabízeny komfort neodpovídal ani čtvrtině zaplacené částky.

Relaxing, peaceful stay in old fashioned accommodation set back from road with a courtyard pool.

The pleasant staff, the peace and calm with proximity to Duval St and Southernmost Point, the fact that there was no mildew odor that one often finds in aging accommodations in Florida, the good water pressure in the shower, the excellent flushing toilet.

The broken Venetian blind slat on the entrance door to our room and the hole in the screen in the bathroom. The mattress was not firm enough for us. The internet did not work in the rooms for the first 2 days of our stay, but then a workman appeared and upgraded the system. Wifi was fine after that.

We arrived really early so we checked in to see if we could leave our bags. The manager said our room was actually ready

The property was cute and very clean. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was warm. The staff was great!

My only complaint would be the blinds to the door for our room were a little reveling.

Comfort!

Een comfortabel verblijf met uitzicht op het zwembad. Je stapt zo naar buiten om heerlijk te genieten van het zwembad. Op loopafstand is het strand met leuke restaurantjes om je heen.

Ik kan niet iets bedenken. Alles was prima.

Clean, nice, quiet. Nice neibourghood. Great pool court/area. Perfect for mature couple.

No wifi in room! Wifi very unreliable at end side of pool. Please get a repetitor for signal!! And therefore TV and Netflix did not work either!

Trop cher

Très bien situé, patron super sympa, c est un appartement plus qu une chambre ! Belle surprise ! Cependant comme partout sur key west c est hors de prix! Nous avons donc préféré passer la deuxième nuit un peu plus loin que key west et revenir en voiture . Dommage sinon nous serions restés.

Schön, aber dröhnendes Gerät!

Großes Appartement mit eigener Küche und eigenem kleinen Garten. Schöne Anlage mit Pool und Palmen. Ruhige Gegend fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einfacher late Check-in mittels Schlüsselfach. Freundliche Gastgeberin Pam.

Einziges aber erhebliches Manko: Nachts permanent lauter Gerätelärm neben dem Schlafzimmer (vermutlich Klimaanlage). Hierdurch kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Das ist zu diesem Preis schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Ferner kein WLAN im Zimmer sondern nur im Poolbereich.

Diesmal leider enttäuscht

Toller Innenhof, warmer sauberer Pool, Parkplatz immer zu finden, ruhig gelegen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und diesmal leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten das Zimmer 2A. Sehr kleiner Raum und abgewohnt, schmutziges Geschirr mit Getränken vom Vorgänger drin, keine tägliche Reinigung, der „Blick in den Garten“ belief sich auf knapp einem Meter bis zur Wand und einer Ratten Köder Box. Das Zimmer ist so hellhörig, da nur eine Zwischentür existiert,dass man denkt die Leute von nebenan stehen am eigenen Bett. Und das morgens kurz nach 6.

Hidden gem in Key West

Awesome value for the money, super clean.

Awesome value for the price you pay. It has no additional fees as the names states and the room was super clean. We also used the pool which was very nice. We were also able to use the parking place right in the place. Considering that other places charge you a ridiculous amount of fees for god knows what services...this is a hidden gem. I encourage the owners to keep this policy and wish them success. Yes, I do find disgusting the additional and almost hidden fees that other places charge.

Great stay!!!! Happy we found this hidden gem!

The location was quiet and yet walking distance to Suval St and beaches. The concierge was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. There is a free bus service available we used all the time. The pool area was wonderful! Clean and refreshing water The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and had everything you needed. Thanks for a good experience and we hope to return one day!!

The floor could be mopped better. Some clients were out around the pool being loud until 12:30 am

Top Preis-Leistung, kann man empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage mit (limitierten) Parkplätzen vor der Tür 👍🏻 Super nettes Personal, kleiner feiner Pool und angenehm ruhige Gegend.

Einziger Nachteil sind die relativ hellhörigen Zimmer. Man kann seinen direkten Nachbarn sprechen hören, das kann beim einschlafen stören.

Worst parking spot - you will regret parking under the tree

The parking spots have trees. I have parked my car under the tree and didn't move it during the stay. Looks like red ants took over my car and became a nightmare to clean it up. I am still vacuuming the car, trying to get rid of ants. Please make sure you don't use the parking spot. Please part it somewhere else.
