Guter Aufenthalt mit bestem Blick auf das Meer und den Montaña Roja

Die Aussicht ist Mega. Unverbauter Blick aufs Meer! Selbiges ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Der super Markt und der Marktplatz sind direkt vor der Türe (daher abends aber auch etwas lauter). Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Für eine Person aber ausreichend.

Leider funktionierte bei mir das W-Lan „nur“ im Wohnzimmer, aber auf dem Balkon war der Empfang sehr schlecht. Es könnte eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine angeschafft werden, diese habe es nicht. Dafür aber ein espressokocher.

El apartamento es estupendo. Cómodo,limpio,muy bien ubicado,cerca de todo.La cama muy cómoda. En resumen,muy recomendable. El anfitrión se portó de cine.Nos dejó entrar antes de tiempo y salir más tarde.Gracias de nuevo.

El único pero,es que al estar al lado de la plaza y de la playa es bastante ruidoso por la noche.Pero es un "precio" que se paga por las buenas vistas

Todo en si. Es super luminoso, super limpio, super bien ubicado. Tiene muy pocas pegas

Esto es por poner algo. El único defecto que le vi, es que si hay eventos en la plaza, dormir las noches se puede complicar un poco. Pero de verdad que el sitio es un 10

Muy tranquilos

La ubicacion excelente, tiene unas ventanas increibles que aislan del ruido totalmente y el Médano suelen haber muchas fiestas en la plaza. El anfitrión muy amable y el apartamento es muy espacioso.

No tuvimos calor, pero si pusieran aire acondicionado para el verano sería genial y lo volvería a reservar..

Excellent host and apartment. A gem.

The apartment was spectacular and the host was an absolute joy. Right in city center with an ocean view. Really perfect location. The nicest host of anywhere I’ve been. A really beautiful apartment with washing machine and all that would be needed for an amazing holiday.

The city center stays active at night and I’m an early sleeper so ear plugs were a must. Calima was on the island so it was pretty warm and with the lights and noise and air I wanted the windows closed at night but it was too warm for that. I’m a light sleeper so may not be an issue for someone else. Fans in the bedroom and living room would be perfect!

Wonderful apartment in El Medano.

The location is perfect. In the heart of El Medano with a lovely view of the ocean, and close to restaurants, supermarkets and everything that you will need while on holiday. It has a lift which makes all the floors easily accessible. Entry from the street is by way of a coded keypad, and the apartment key is kept in a lockbox at the apartment door. Because of that, the apartment is very safe and secure. The double bed is high quality, and the fixtures and fittings are perfectly fine. Being on the 3rd floor, it is not overlooked and is very private. Overall a wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple. Would highly recommend.

Only one small recommendation would be for a few more cereal dishes, otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

Magnifique vue et très bien situé! Dommage que la literie n'est pas top.

Superbe vue sur la mer de la terrasse ensoleillé !!! Très bien situé. Proche des commerces, restaurants, bars. Plusieurs emplacements de parking gratuit aux alentours.

Nous avons trouvé le lit très inconfortable vaut mieux dormir dans le canapé-lit, ce que nous avons fait. C'est le seul point négatif qui m'empêcherait d'y retourner.

Pleasant clean apartment in El medano centre.

Clean apartment . Had lift and comfi bed. Shower was hot and reliable. Had kettle and good kitchen facilities. No toaster which we would have liked but nice handy bakers/ cafe on same road which was very reasonable.

No toaster. I would have struggled to reach key safe if my partner wasn’t with me.

A purist apartment in an amazing location, good value for money, but no extras.

The location and the easy check-in

Looks north, so it’s rather dark until noon. No direct sunlight ever. The furniture is quite rundown and old, but acceptable. The kitchen is completely stripped, no essentials, only a bottle of water as welcome gift. We left some stuff there for those coming next. The bathroom is also bare, and a couple of toilet paper rolls is surely short for a couple for 10 nights. The washing machine is ancient and barely usable. Plastic bed linen is a joke.

Está en primera linea y en la zona de más ambiente. Superó cómodo y limpio, la cocina completísima. Todo facilidades

Es un poco complicado aparcar por la zona. No es un inconveniente, solo comentarlo por si alguien necesita tener aparcamiento cerca por algún motivo.

Ubicación excelente, a mano de todo. El piso era todo lo que necesitaba, con todas las comodidades.

Las vistas, el único pero. Daba a la calle trasera, de una plaza ubicada donde comienza la playa, y el paseo de la playa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location, would love to book again.

Great location. Straight across the plaza and in to the sea. Very busy and vibrant atmosphere in the evening.

I'm not a huge fan of air conditioning, but a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been most welcome as it was still very warm at night, even in November. Beds were a bit hard and the plastic mattress cover needed an extra cover or sheet over it for comfort.

Had a great week of winter sun - really glad we chose El Medano and this apartment!

This was exactly what we were looking for! We had apartment 3A - ie on the 3rd floor and 'A' - view towards the see. The apartment was clean, attractive and with a nice amount of space. It was great to have a balcony equipped with small table and two chairs - with a lovely view out over the square, to the beach and the sea, and the mountains at the other end of the bay. The location was excellent, within a couple of minutes stroll to the beach, to numerous eating places, a decent small supermarket etc. There was also a lift in the apartment building - which was appreciated for getting the suitcases up and down. Also to mention - my partner is vegan - and amazingly there is a superb vegan cafe just a few minutes walk away. El Medano is just big enough to be interesting, and we thought it had a nice vibe - it's a real mecca for wind surfers, kit surfers etc. There's a nice boardwalk, and a sculpture trail.

No complaints at all about the apartment - but we wished we had a Netflix account, as we could only find a couple of English language channels on the TV!

One of the best stays we’ve had- location perfect!

Clean, spacious, hot water for shower every time, location so close to everything including, beach, taxi rank, supermarket, fantastic places to eat. Perfect stay.

Maybe another side table next to the bed but not absolute necessity.

Totalmente recomendable; volveríamos a reservar aquí si regresamos al Médano :-)

Apartamento muy céntrico a escasos metros de la playa y de la zona de restaurantes. Era un cuarto piso pero con ascensor. Espacioso y con una cocina moderna y bien equipada, televisón plana y el wifi funcionaba muy bien. Juan Manuel se puso directamente en contacto conmigo antes de llegar para aclarar cómo acceder al piso. Todo muy sencillo y sin problemas! También avisaron de cuándo se podía entrar al piso incluso antes de la hora prevista. También dejar la habitación fue unproblemático incluso teniendo que salir muy pronto de madrugada. íbamos 5 personas incluídos dos niños y nos incluyeron una cama supletoria en el dormitorio sin problemas. El sofá cama cumplió su función perfectamente y disponíamos de todas las sábanas, mantas, almohadas y toallas necesarias en el apartamento.

Las vistas daban a la calle y justo a todos los vecinos del edificio de enfrente pero no es algo que a nosotros nos molestara especialmente. Encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones puede ser una aventura! Pero callejeando un poco al final acaba saliendo algo cerca.
