About this house rental

Newly remodeled Suite at the Suites on 3rd. This top floor unit has tons of character. In this suite, you'll be right in the middle of all the action with our awesome location. Conveniently walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaurants, even walking distance from Amtrak. Also on the Hermann Trolley route if you would like to hitch a ride on it and visit wineries all day. This is a new listing. Please click on my profile to see reviews on my other Hermann properties. Message me for info on how to book more than one suite (we have 4 total). We are in a great spot and walking distance to almost everything Hermann has to offer. There is an air mattress available for use. Roku TV for you to login to your favorite streaming service (no cable)

Not only was the location absolutely perfect, the apartment was big, clean and overall comfortable. Five friends stayed for a weekend of relaxation and fun, and it was just what we were looking for. The beds were both extremely comfortable to sleep in, I can tell they didn’t skimp on the mattress. The kitchen was stocked with the basic utensils, fridge provided plenty of room, and the bathroom was clean. The living area proved to be more spacious than we were expecting too!

Excellent, small, cute, affordable place to stay while touring Hermann during Oktoberfest! Place was very clean and beds comfortable! The only possible issue is that the steps to get to the 3rd floor apartment, are very small and steep, so if you have any mobility issues, this would be difficult to manage.

It is a very cute little apartment. Suite #4 is the top floor of a 3 story building so there are stairs you have to climb.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. The apartment was just like the photos and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable bed away from home I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay and plenty of open space. The location couldn’t be better. You are right in the heart of downtown and can walk to everything. Plenty of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and grocery stores all at your doorstep. Do know there are 2 sets of decently steep stairs you have to go up to get to the property but they are easily doable. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The apartment was so cute! The space was well furnished and very comfortable. It is on the third floor, but we were well aware of that when we booked it. Parking was convenient and located close to shopping and restaurants.

The place was great, walking distance from everything and located right in the heart of town! Great communication and had everything we needed, not to mention the beds were very comfortable. We had to switch dates which left us switching apartments and the transition was very easy and she was very helpful! Highly recommend this place for your Hermann Stay :)

Everything about the place was perfect with the exception of the mattresses. Clean, convenient location, affordable, responsive management. Would absolutely recommend the place but make people know the beds are very hard. I realize this is a personal preference but everyone in my party felt that way too. Still a great place!

Rental process was easy and communication friendly and patient with changes we made. The property was quite clean, but we found dust bunnies under bed and furniture. Location was excellent and convenient to shops and restaurants

Absolutely wonderful! Location was perfect to walk and explore Hermann. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. You do have to walk up some stairs for this apartment but that just made for better views. They do have other apartments in the building in case you can't do as many stairs. While I can't rate those, I honestly would assume they are just as nice. Communication with the host was a breeze. Overall fantastic place to stay!

Although our stay was short, the apartment was so comfortable and clean!! It felt much bigger than the pictures online. The location was perfect. Walking distance from everything in downtown Hermann, which also made it easy to get to all of the wineries. We did not use the kitchen much, but the beds were one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home!! We will definitely be staying here again while visiting Hermann!

This a great place to stay, clean, easy to get to, plenty of parking and honestly, close to everything. It was on the top floor so if you don't like stairs, this might not be for you but didn't both us at all. Bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom.

Everything was great! Clean, clean, clean! Great for two couples or several girlfriends. Location is great for all the attractions. We stayed in Suite 4, which is at the top of the stairs, so keep that in mind if you have issues with quite a few stairs or have lots to carry. It was nice and quiet.

This was an excellent stay with everything you need within walking distance. There are two bedrooms and a nice blowup mattress. It worked well for us 3 ladies.
