This luxurious Camps Bay villa offers breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views and privacy. Spread across two levels, it features one bedroom on the lower level with a gym and en-suite bathroom. The main level includes four additional bedrooms, a chic lounge with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a dining area. Each bedroom has ocean or mountain views, with the master boasting a private balcony. Enjoy the sea-facing terrace, BBQ area, sun loungers, and lap pool.
The Space:
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the glamorous seaside suburb of Camps Bay, this gorgeous villa is the perfect retreat for discerning guests looking for luxurious levels of privacy and comfort. The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level and four bedrooms on the main level.
The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a gym and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning.
The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. A contemporary-chic lounge with wood burning fireplace has comfortable couches and a large flat screen television connects effortlessly with the dining area, which features an eight-seater dining table. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. A separate scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Bedroom one commands breath-taking ocean views with a luxury king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and twin vanities and a private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views. The remaining three guest bedrooms have king-sized beds, bathrooms, air-conditioning, and ample storage space. Each room has beautiful views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the vast Atlantic Ocean.
Both the living and dining spaces open out onto a shady sea-facing wide terrace with a barbeque area and outdoor dining, sun loungers, and a lap pool. The house is fully secure with an alarm, has a double garage and ample on-street parking for guests.
LOAD SHEDDING BACKUP
What is Powered:All lights and plug points work. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, blenders/ mixer.
If there is a major electrical failure then the Inverter System can run for about 8-10 hours depending on how many lights and plugs are used.
What Isn’t Powered:The aircon, laundry appliances, and stoves don't work during load-shedding.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
CHILD POLICY
This home does not accommodate children under 12.
SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.
CAMERAS
