Great property, wonderful staff.

A great stay, beautiful location. Ghat was beautiful, they had a small cozy garden, with a few trees. Rooms were decent with all modern amenities. Special mention to the staff, great hospitality, great team.

Fabulous. Hope to return one day!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Amrit Bhawan. The location on the bank of the river is superb, the decor tasteful and the staff are helpful, kind and calmly professional. There is a feeling of tranquility here that we have felt nowhere else on our travels through India. The food was excellent too.

We booked a small room, which was indeed small! If we return ( and would love to!) we’ll splash out on an upgrade.

Clean, peaceful and delicious food.

Amrit Bhagwan was excellent. We arrived after a long journey from Delhi and we were greeted with a warm welcome. I found the service exceptional. The walk down to the Ganges at the bottom of the garden was magical. There is a peaceful spot to sit by the water. The food was absolutely delicious. It was our first night in India but actually the best supper we had over our month in Rajasthan. A highlight for me was the yoga in the morning and the bedroom. The bed was crisp clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel, and I would definitely go again. After supper, my partner and I sat by the fire that was lit in the garden and chatted with some other guests. The birds sang in the morning, and we woke up to a fresh breakfast. Thank you so much.

Best place to rewind and relax.

The ambiance, service, location, staff and good. The facility is located on the banks of Ganga river, the relaxing atmosphere instantly gives your warmth. We enjoyed Ganga Aarti and Yoga that is done at the facility. Food was amazing and staff were always ready to help you.

Out of this world

Stunning. Exceptional. Divine. All was great but what capped it off was sitting in the garden watching the fast flowing Ganges run by in front of us. Wow!! And if you are inclined you can safely immerse yourself in the holy waters. Apart from that staff were fabulous, room was comfortable and well equipped, food was out of this world (set menu but so amazing) and hotel was able arrange outings with a superb guide

Exceptional 💜💜

The easy going home like atmosphere , with such warm staff .Plus the extra mile each one of them to make you feel at home . Rooms are beautifully designed , the open spaces are so clean n serene. In house aarti followed by a small recreational session was great . Food was awesome.

A quiet oasis away from the chaos that is Haridwar.

Clean quiet comfortable living on river bank. Interesting minimalist decor. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom quality. Food was a range of outstanding varied vegan offerings provided by attentive polite staff. Private Aarti at the bottom of the garden was lovely.

Soul for the Soul - Amrit Bhavan

If you want to connect with your soul, this is the place where you should stay.. Calm and quite location very good food, lots of things to do and direct contact with mother Ganga, as they have their own ghat for the holy bath.

Gorgeous property, great food, modern-meets-tradition

The menu is incredible- the best food I’ve had while traveling in India. The staff made me feel totally welcome, took care of coordinating with my driver, and organized multiple yoga activities. It’s a wonderful property with gorgeous design and amenities, and a perfect private ghat on the Ganga!

A unique experience

Brilliant location . Very pleasing ambience and extremely courteous staff. The property has a private Ghat on the Ganges and great views of the river from the garden and rooms . The evening Arti and the massage Services are highlights .

My parents needed accessibility option, father is on wheelchair. Mr. Mohit, manager arranged everything, from Ganga arti, roaming in city, good food and helpful attentive staff.

Beautiful property and healthy food.

The food menu a la carte and dinner thali was wonderful. They even provided things that were not in the menu. All cooking was done with minimum oils and spices, exactly how we prefer. Location and maintenance of the property is perfect as it is quite new. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are quite spacious and well designed. No complaints and probably the best luxury property in Haridwar.

Could have had more options for breakfast. Lot of monkeys in the garden area and one scratched me a little. The gardener handled them well but the guard was useless and probably scared himself. A bit congested with the parkings, although the staff valets the vehicles on their own. Still try to avoid bringing big cards as the approach lanes are narrow and sometimes blocked by construction materials.

Enjoyed our stay

Lovely boutique property in Haridwar. Staff were warm and friendly and helpful and always communicated well with us. They gave us a room upgrade which we greatly appreciated.

Bedlinen could be improved- ours had a black stain on it. Some items at dinner were not the best.

As they say, Enjoy the “Slow Life” with us

It was one of the most surreal trips. Everything about Amrit Bhawan is divine. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They listen to all your whims and fancy and make their best to fulfil it. The in-house kitchen is also one more place where magic happens.

Soulful and Mindful.

Amrit Bhawan by the Ganges is an understatement. If you’re visiting or planning to visit Haridwar or Rishikesh, kindly make sure you spend a night here or two or more! God bless everyone working there and our special wishes to the Chef for the heavenly food. Will be back soon, this time with more people.
