This comfortable, ski-in/ski-out Brian Head condo has an open layout encompassing the living room and dining area. Prepare home-cooked meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, or cook up something on the gas grill outside, and then relax on the sofa and watch some TV while you warm up by the wood-burning fireplace. What’s nearby: Brian Head Resort is just yards away for days of downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and other fun winter activities. In warm weather, the resort offers mountain biking, hiking, wall climbing, zip-lining, archery, and much more! Guests also have access to a free shuttle during the winter season to get around town. THINGS TO KNOW The condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall OK for the price, but few points made it slightly bitter:
- the mattresses in both rooms are so awful that one person decided to sleep in a common room on a couch; seems this has already been mentioned in another review a couple months back, and no improvement;
- the entry door locked out automatically at 10am on checkout day, despite I've paid for the late 2pm checkout; took 20 min to get into the room, while in hurry to leave for a 8-hour drive;
- any communication with management goes through many hops with staff members in different states having no idea what's going on; takes infinity, and often returns incorrect info;
- grill gas tank was empty;
- guest toilet flush is extremely weak, got plugged once, like other reviews also mentioned;
- on the other hand, nothing holds plugged in loose wall outlets.
Remembering my first reservations with Vacasa a few years back against recent ones, it's a day and night.

Great location. Nicely remodeled kitchen. Good amount of space in open area - dining/family room. Mattress in master bedroom should be replaced - not comfortable. Shower drain in master bathroom was clogged before we used it, but that should be an easy fix.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5! Loved having a ski in/out place. So convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

For the price the stay was okay. When we arrived there was still a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. The condo looked cleanish but didn’t smell clean and as town went on things just didn’t seem as clean as it should. The location is great if your there for the mountain biking or the slopes and walking distance to the pizzeria which is amazing. The little pond was great to for the kids to fish.

Great location. Nice and comfy for a family of 4. However it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. I had to clean both showers before use. There was hair left on the comforters and blankets. The rugs in the master bathroom bathroom definitely needed to washed, and the master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Location is just a short walk to the parking lot/services of the hill. So it was perfect for us. Cleanliness was pretty good, and most everything that you need is there. It needs just a few small things to make it better, but overall is a great place that you will enjoy. Property manager did a great job communicating with me.

We loved the location and the place was very clean. However, just a few things to note. The property said it came with a Keurig so I brought a bunch of K cups and nothing else. There was no Keurig. The master bed was horrible. My husband and I couldn’t sleep in it together and even alone was a stretch but we didn’t have anywhere else to sleep unless we both slept on the couch which my hubby and I took turns. The bed was super soft was not comfortable to sleep in. The carpet by the fireplace was coming up and exposed the staples. My son walked by it and thankfully didn’t stab him too bad. We unfortunately will not be renting this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend it based on the location and roominess of the property. We had plenty of space for our family of four and the condo had everything we needed. I would say that there is room for improvement and some updates would make this rental more appealing and enjoyable. The carpet needs to be replaced as it is old and worn, particularly by the fireplace as it is coming up - exposing several little nails, making it impossible to kneal or sit nearby. Also the blinds in the bedrooms don't work making it hard to let natural light in. The property was clean and well equipped otherwise and we had a great time there - skiing right in and out!

We had a great trip to Brian Head. This condo was well stocked and great location. Bathroom very nice..loved the showers. Our teenagers said the beds in the bunk room could use new mattresses. And they were disappointed the door could not close because the bed was in the way.

Comfortable and Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend it based on the location and roominess of the property. Location!

The place was nice for us we’re pretty laid back so we didn’t need much. The unit did have an issue with the kitchen sink not draining on one side due to a bad disposal. Not a huge deal like I said we’re not super high maintenance. Really liked the location to the lifts and base area that was amazing. Great area will definitely return and may even use this unit again .

The place was nice for us we’re pretty laid back so we didn’t need much. The unit did have an issue with the kitchen sink not draining on one side due to a bad disposal. Not a huge deal like I said we’re not super high maintenance. Really liked the location to the lifts and base area that was amazing. Great area will definitely return and may even use this unit again .

There was a leak in the hallway vanity sink that we reported but no one came out to look at it so we just didn’t use that sink. The garbage disposal also stopped working on day 2. Inconvenient but no one’s fault. My only issue with the place was that there are no doors or screen on the fire place. Embers would occasionally pop out and come close to the carpet. Could be a safety issue if someone had small children there. Otherwise, we loved it.

We enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a touch of altitude sickness so glad that was warned from management. Carpet is worn by fireplace so the tack strip is exposed.

The unit was as advertised and we experienced no problems except for checking in which was a VRBO problem. The property manager was very proactive in helping us through this glitch and getting us into the unit. The unit was clean and well provisioned with towels. The only negative comment is the unit needs some repairs to the front and rear doors plus the window shade in the smaller bedroom.
