What a perfect situation for our family this weekend! We LOVED the beautiful views from every window, the well-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and a bed for everyone! My oldest child is married and the efficiency was such a perfect private room for them. The beds are very comfortable. At least two of my kids said they hadn’t slept that well for a long time. We made most of our meals at the condo. I don’t think I can say enough about how well stocked the place is in every way. There’s even a telescope for star gazing! It was so nice to open the patio door and feel the cool fresh air throughout the day and evening.
We walked across the street and rode the ski lift to see more incredible views. Next time, we’ll make more of an effort to bring our mountain bikes to ride back down the mountain. We drove up to Vista Point—also breathtaking. We visited Cedar Breaks National Park—gorgeous! We drove about 30 more minutes to the Cascade Falls trailhead for that easy 1.2 mile hike—very fun. We spent a day in Cedar City and watched an incredibly performed play at the Utah Shakespeare Festival—amazing talent! This was the first time we had taken the Cedar Breaks route (SR14) from Cedar City back to Brian Head (rather than through Parowan) and I HIGHLY recommend. What a spectacular drive! It was just the most perfect long weekend for all of us. THANK YOU!!

We were happy with the location and floorplan of this unit. It was well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen stuff, and it was a good location for all the stuff we did on our visit. However, two things that weren't acceptable stood out....the dishwasher wasn't working and all the queen size beds were really uncomfortable. I highly recommend new beds!! Again, a lovely place but that would be the reason why we wouldn't stay there again.

This property has absolutely everything you might need for cooking including spices galore. Temp control in every room bathrooms fully equipped with plenty of towels and accessories. Easy access and great location. Close parking for easy unloading. Corner unit with nice view. Only 20 min from Panguich lake for some of the best trout fishing on the planet. Management was very responsive and accommodating granting an early check in and even offered a late check out. Returning next month with a party of seven.

This condo was perfect for four couples. The place was extremely clean. The kitchen had all (I mean all) of the equipment you could need. There was also firewood available for us to use. We could see the Giant Steps runs from the window. This was the best place we have stayed at Brian Head and we stay 2-3 times a season. The location is a bonus!

We stayed here with our adult kids and friends. The house was perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better location! It had all the amenities needed and more! The bedrooms were super clean and comfortable. The bonus room was absolutely perfect for our friends with a toddler. We will be visiting again!!

This is a very cozy condo located directly across the street from the Giant Steps lift parking lot. We booked this condo to be within walking distance from the lift and it was. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the lift. Very convenient! The condo itself was extremely comfortable. All new appliances and everything you could need in the kitchen. The living room was great to relax and have a fire or watch TV. All of this with views of Brianhead and the slopes right from the living room. The beds were all extremely comfortable with plenty of space. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was great for cleaning ski clothes. The hot tub was a very short walk from the condo.
Leah was extremely helpful leading up to the trip and during as well. Very fast to respond to questions and extremely helpful with all questions.
We will definitely be looking at returning as this was such a beautiful space and so close to all the skiing in Brianhead. If you are looking for a place within walking distance and a great place to relax after a day of skiing, this is the place!

Great family getaway
This place was great! An amazing place for a family with teenagers. Plenty of room. Very clean. Leah was amazing at responding to anything we needed. The view to the slopes from the dining room table was my favorite part. Just a quick walk across the street to the main run giant express that our kids lived over and over. Other friends had to drive to the parking lot we just walked across the street came home for lunch. Amazing family time and many sweet memories left at this beautiful home

Great experience but,
Overall, this place is great. Perfect location right next to the Giant Steps where we can just walk across to the lifts. The only problem we had was wi-fi. There was little to none wi-fi even when we tried resetting the router making us using our devices hard when we tried doing some work online or even watching Netflix on any tv.

Perfect 💕
There were 10 of us that stayed at the property! 3 couples and 4 singles! It was INCREDIBLE! Plenty of space, everything you could possibly need (kitchen stuff, games, TVs in every room, dumb bells, fire places up and downstairs, etc). Leah was amazing and helpful! Answered every time I called and helped us in every way she could! We will absolutely stay here again if we go back as a group next year! Walking distance (even for lazy people - haha) from Giant Steps lift! We couldn’t have found a more lovely, warm, inviting place had we tried!

Great time!
Everything was as advertised, super clean, and great location. We never had to drive our car any where. Could walk across the street to the slopes, store, pizza place, etc. Hill out front kept our kids entertained all day with sledding and snow play. Can’t wait to come back.

We went up to Brian Head for a quick summer get away and this was a great place to stay. The property was close to the resort and fishing pond. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed there.
