Het was een enorm ruime villa met voldoende kamers voor ons gezin van 6 personen. Alle kamers waren netjes, ruim en keurig ingericht en onderhouden. De bedden waren groot en lagen heerlijk! De badkamers waren ook allemaal even netjes ingericht. Het ontbijt was lekker. Verder super lief personeel en enorm behulpzaam en correct. De massage was fijn en heel betaalbaar. De shuttle naar het Lido strand was perfect.
De douche gaf voornamelijk geen warm water. Weinig keus in beleg bij het ontbijt terwijl er best keus is in broodjes. Beleg is ei, suiker of jam.

We loved Charlie's El Nido! The hotel meets European standards and was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to the Philippines. It’s super clean, modern, and newly built. The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating, and the huge room with a beautiful bathroom and pool view was fantastic. The spa center was excellent, and the free shuttle service to/from the town was a great bonus. Highly recommend! 10/10 !!
Honestly, nothing! The only minor thing is that it’s a 10-15 minute ride from the town, but we knew this before booking, and the hotel's amazing quality more than makes up for the distance. Plus, the free shuttle service makes it super convenient.

Me gustó el lugar, muy lindo y cómodo. El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación también la encontré muy buena, está al lado de Lío Beach, una playa muy linda y entretenida. Ofrecen shuttle para ir al centro y también arriendo de motos que a mi parecer es por lejos la mejor opción.
El desayuno no es tan completo y salía poca agua en la ducha.

L'hôtel Charlie's El Nido est très beau, entrée sublime et magnifique piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, c'est un buffet avec toutes les nourritures désirées.
Petit bémol car l'hôtel est à 15/20min du centre. La navette est très pratique et nécessaire. Nous avons aussi été quelques peu déçu par la réception. En effet il y a eu une erreur de réservation et mon couple d'amis a eu une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Nous sommes restés trois nuits et ils n'ont jamais eu de chambre avec un lit double. Nous attendions mieux au niveau du service client pour un hôtel de cette qualité.

Beautiful hotel and pool. Has an awesome shuttle that brings you to town and to the beach. I booked my island hopping as well and it was great! Super friendly staff very clean and quiet would definitely stay here again and wish I had extra nights
I wish there was a little more time with the shuttle. Maybe a 830 am to town and maybe an 9 PM away to give time for dinner but early enough for those people who don’t wanna stay out all night. Or 8pm from lio. That way one could enjoy their food a little bit longer after the 630 sunset

The property is far away from the city up on a hill in the nature (12 min by scooter) but we knew that. We had a scooter so it was not that big of a deal for us. The free shuttle just drives every approx 3 hours…
Breakfast was good, but a lot of things (coffee, salad, deserts,…) were empty if you came after 8 am and staff didn’t refill them, so this should be improved for sure…

Slight sewer smell from the bathroom and rooms are a bit tired.
The first shuttle to el Nido town is too late to get to the Tours in time since most of them ask you to be there at 8AM.

Don't do your laundry here unless you want to be ripped off. Find someone down the road to do it. Cost us 1500 pesos for less than 5kilos and that's after we complained. Originally was over 2000 pesos. Anywhere else we stayed it was onky 150 per kilo. We had to battle to get the price down. Still not happy with what we paid, staff made us nearly feel guilty for asking. That's more than we would pay in Ireland and we thought Ireland was expensive. They need to seriously fix this.

Charlie's El Nido was the perfect location. All the staff were friendly and welcomed you with a smile. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport, Lio Beach, and town. Lio Beach was a great place to chill out and swim in the ocean.
Charlie's El Nido has 2 nice smaller swimming pools to have a dip to cool off from the hot sunny weather and lounge around under umbrellas when there's a bit of rain. The bar and restaurant are steps away to order drinks and food.
We did eat at the hotel a few times, but we prefer venturing out to try local places to eat. Just a walk down the road is a great little restaurant 86'd Gourmet Cafe and Bar. All the food was really good. Burgers, Nasi Goreng, and Pad Thai were so yummy. Town is not far away with lots of different restaurants. Highly recommend sunset viewing for cocktails at Piece of Sky, which is on the top floor of the H Hotel with gorgeous views.

Beautiful hotel. Staffs all very nice and friendly. We arrived in hotel way earlier than our checking time but they were kind enough to store our luggage and even dropped them in our room whilst we explore the town. Resort was bit out of the town but fortunately they have shuttle regularly that take u to and from the main town. also, they have airport shuttle too which was only 10 mins away free of charge. Their breakfast was amazing too. overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was very Well organized. The room was extremely comfortabel. Location was perfect. Great shuttle service. Great place for a relaxing holiday. We are definately coming back to this hotel!

This hotel is located outside the town which is great if you don't like the busy center. The hotel provides a shuttle and you can discuss the frequency that could be better.
The rooms are really good (we had a premier room) but a bit noisy if the room is near the street.
Breakfast is very good and as well asian or european/american.
Also a fine swimming pool.
If you want to book a tour, the woman at the reception will fix this with a big smile.
We were quite tired when we arrived and found the room not well cleaned. Room service came immediately to fix the issues. The following days everyting was perfectly cleaned.

Beautiful hotel. The best place we stayed over the course of our month long trip. The room were not large but it was more than adequate. Nice bathroom and amenities. Drying rack was so helpful (I had to ask for one after seeing in other rooms). The refillable glass bottles was a great service.
Beautiful pool area. Great gym. We are in the restaurant and it was reasonably price and delicious. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff.
Good value for money too. EL Nido is not cheap and places like the Funny Lion are a lot more expensive than Charlie’s. I loved this place.
It was out of town (which made it lovely and quiet). They have a free shuttle but like most shuttles the timetable often doesn’t work. A tricycle was 300php each way (which adds up). If you have a scooter, obviously this is not an issue.
