Super verblijf

Ga je naar La Valetta en wil je maximaal tot rust komen dan is Iniala Harbour meer dan het overwegen waard. Het prima ontbijt en de ligging van de ontbijtruimte is met zicht op de haven de beste start van de dag die je kunt hebben. Het personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht, de kamer (suite) was perfect. Ook de gym was vele malen beter dan in andere 5* locaties. Kortom: super.

Als er dan iets tegen valt (zonder snob te willen zijn): wij waren afhankelijk van het openen van bepaalde luiken zodat ook het buitenlicht binnenkwam. Dat duurde soms wat langer.

I want to return to Malta just to stay here again!

I have never had better service at a hotel- the kindness of the staff was beyond measure. The room exceeded my expectations. It was large with multiple balconies overlooking the water. Toiletries were the finest and the chocolates and wine in the room were delicious. Breakfast was on a very nice terrace overlooking the water. Food was delicious. I had an avocado toast, pancakes, flat white, fresh orange juice- all fabulous. The location is excellent- lovely and quiet with a beautiful view and a few minutes walk into the historical centre.

Stylish hotel with great harbour views, and fabulous restaurant.

Very attractive and stylish decor, loved the art around the hotel and the restaurant was amazing. Good size room and very well appointed. Very friendly staff. Lovely decoration on the bed for our anniversary and a bottle of Processco waiting for us.

Was disappointed not to be told that it was Pride week when we booked. Was also disappointed that we didn't get an upgrade on our room. There isn't a bar in the hotel for pre or post dinner drinks or just a coffee.

Actually I was cheated by the hotel management I have booked 2 rooms, suite and normal I had correspondence with the reservation department of the hotel, asking them for the late checkout for the suite They have answered me yes, charge me, but they have sent me confirmation for the small room, which I haven’t notice When we arrived, I asked them again if we have late checkout for the suite and they confirmed And only during the departure date they insist in a rude form to leave the room I was not in the hotel, so they enter the room despite of the don’t disturb sign They just destroy my holidays

This is an amazing boutique hotel - as featured in Mr and Mrs Smith and has won an assortment of awards. We booked a suite. We loved the reception, lobby and spa.

There was a major issue in Valetta with power cuts and despite it being 34 degrees our suite had NO aircon. This made for a very very uncomfortable night. The hotel already agreed to refund the entire cost of the stay, and the staff especially Kriza (duty manager) we’re exceptional. They agreed to a full refund, organised our transfer the next morning and despite the challenges made our short stay bearable, because of their professionalism and support.

Zen Hotel with amazing views in great location

Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant. The airconned room was the perfect zen space after a day of sightseeing. We were given a complementary massage.Fantastic location in the heart of the old streets.

Unparalleled service with beautiful modern architecture at the most scenic location in town

The experience was magical. The location is convenient and has a great view of the Harbour. Wonderful staff ensured that the room was not only clean but also smelt divine. Great assortment of amenities, drinks and snacks were available as part of the room and the room was basically an immaculate apartment. The restaurant accompanying the hotel serves food fit for royalty. Simply unforgettable experience.

The switches to control the temperature, lights, floor heating and intercom were a little convoluted and a simple guide may have been helpful.

Best decision ever for our first family trip with a baby.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed. Upon checkout, I saw Forbes Outstanding plaque on the wall and was informed by the staff that this is the only hotel rated Outstanding in Malta and one of only 39 in Europe! Service is excellent. We travelled with an 11 month old baby but not once did I feel challenged around the hotel. It is so clean and everyone is helpful. We had to call the room service several times to heat our baby’s food and whenever we called them, they were literally at the door in less than 2 minutes. Location is superb as well. It is at walking distance from all the restaurants and pubs and the ferry terminal is just around the corner. Breakfast is amazing with an incredible view.

If I really had to pick.. it would be the gym located in a separate building across the street. It would have been nice to have a view from the gym as well but this is me being very very picky.

A Gem

The service and attention to detail are amazing. Professional staff and great food. The suite was impeccable. Spa service is very good and a very relaxing atmosphere is present. The manager Daniel was present when we arrived and when we left. The ION is simply fantastic, from the manager to the staff they offer a one of a kind experience that is coupled to this amazing location.

It was too brief. I wish I could stay here forevermore.

Friendly greeting; tastefully restored; well appointed room; helpful and attentive staff; amazing location.

Only possible comment is that it would have been nice to have space on the terrace to sit and read with a drink or coffee.

Lovely location and great equipped gym.

Post check-out service. Had the sense that once the bill was paid, so was the nice treatment by the desk staff. I brought a college with me when I collected my luggage and was made to wait for "someone else" to get it despite having sat and enjoyed a drink (we paid for) in the lounge. Ended up insisting after 15 minuets we REALLY needed to leave and could we please have my luggage. Was a bit of shame after a super time and excellent desk service to find hair dressers etc.
