Great bare bones lodging close to the surrounding ski resorts and dining.

Convenience.

Can be a bit noisy from surrounding rooms. Our bathroom door would not close unless slammed shut.

Cozy, simple, and a good value.

Easy check in and check out; it was quiet. Coffee in the lobby was appreciated. The large number of hooks was a good thing.

The AC was rather loud. The bathroom sink was quite small.

wonderful spot for a ski weekend getaway

Clean, cozy and convenient to Sugarbush mountain and restaurants in Waitsfield

We had a small room without a window which was too bad but we would book more in advance next time to avoid that room

The room and facility are modernly decorated. There is an elevator to use. Compliment coffee. The common area is spacious and welcome. Wifi is strong. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Location is conveniently close to restaurants.

A simple but one of a kind place

Nice ans cozy place with everything you need for a good stay. There is a common living room and kitchen at the reception which gives the impression of being in a hostel.

Gravel drive and parking lot. No personnel on site. No ice. Spartan room and nearest food and gas 5 miles away.

The place is new and more comfortable than the older inns. But I wouldn't stay again.

It's a brand new inn with a modern design. We booked a family room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The living room is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom and shower are all new. There's a nice shared area with board games. There's an elevator, so it's easy to bring up your luggage. There's an SMS service that sends you updates about check-in, wi-fi and also they reply if you text any questions.

The staff is unfriendly. It's an odd-looking couple, not really familiar with the area and not really helpful in anything. They are more like housekeepers rather than service people. Also, they turn the lights off at 9pm in the big shared living room, so we couldn't really sit there after 9pm. Our room was right next to reception and the coffee/snacks table, so despite the 9pm -9am downtime, we could hear people talking all night long. Walls are so thin, you can hear everything - from people inside the rooms, to people coming back late from weddings and talking at the parking lot. In our room, air conditioning was only in the living room, bedrooms don't have it - so unless you leave the bedroom doors open at night, you don't get any a/c. In the bathroom, the light is located in such a way that you shower in the darkness. Check-out is strictly 11am, although we checked out on Monday and there the place was literally empty.

Room was clean. Got used to sitting on the bed.

There was no breakfast

Never saw a soul. Only interested by text. Wired. No chairs in the room so we always had to sit on the bed. Bathroom small and could be better with some shelving.

Room fulfilled my needs and I would recommend this motel for future needs.

Cleanliness and comfort of room, television was easy to navigate, bathroom had body wash and shampoo dispensers in shower/bath tub.

No complaints but would like to have had a lamp on night table in order to not always have to use adequately bright ceiling lights every time lights needed to be turned on.
