Lovely property and perfect location.

The property was lovely, perfect location for the sea front and local amenities. The owners were lovely and helpful to deal with.

The only thing we could criticise is we did not find one of the beds overally comfortable but otherwise lovely.

House was perfect, clean and in a great location and Ian the owner was very nice too.

House was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and the location was perfect. Also Ian the owner contacted us by telephone to check all was ok which I thought very thoughtful and great service. Lovely people.

Lovely, peaceful, stress free holiday.

Lovely clean and comfortable little house with an enclosed back garden in a quiet residential part of Saltburn, but still close to the sea front. Near to good shops and great restaurants. It had it's own parking space. Bus services were good and on time. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful as this was a very last minute booking when our original holiday was cancelled due to the hosts sadly getting Covid and having to cancel just as we were setting off! I would definitely go back again and recommend both Jasmin Cottage and Saltburn.
