Windy Heath is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Salcombe. It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size ensuite bedroom, a king-size and two twins, together sleeping up to eight people and served by a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a terrace area with furniture and a heated swimming pool. Windy Heath is a superb base for a family holiday to this part of Devon.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating. 2 x electric ovens, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Coffee maker. Washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge in utility room. Extra freezer in the boiler room. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking. Front terrace area with BBQ and patio furniture (BBQ on request). Outdoor heated swimming pool. Summer house with fridge and kettle. Pool terrace with garden furniture. One dog welcome at an additional charge of £50 per week. Strictly No Smoking
