The Breyhouse B&B is a great place to start a vacation

It was a very nice stay in midtown, owner made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent.

Despite the hot room everything else was wonderful. Plan on a cooler time of year

Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. The view was outstanding.

The property was without air conditioning snd even with a small fan the room was hot. The bed was too soft for my taste but others may like it.

Charming B & B with ocean view!

The breakfast was amazing!! Room clean, comfortable and inviting. Shirley is a wonderful host and made us feel at home. Love the ocean view and only a short walk to the beach.

Excellent location just steps from the beach; cozy, spacious and very comfortable.

My stay was perfect. Shirley was a great, communicative host, and the suite was charming. Extremely clean, and the bed and sheets were exceptionally comfortable. Decor was cozy and traditional.

Beautiful accommodations with a wonderful hostess in view.

We had the entire lower portion of the house to ourselves and it was very large, including the bathroom. Plus, it had a pool table in our room. We could see the ocean from our room and was only a block from the beach. The hostess was just wonderful and her breakfast the next morning was very delicious. Served in a beautiful sun room overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Even though that we had our own entrance, it was quite a haul to bring up our belongings.

It was a relaxing getaway! Shirley the host/ property owner was very nice!

It was an awesome breakfast! The home made pancakes, syrup, fresh fruits, turkey sausages filled me up! The dining room is like a five star hotel! It was a wonderful accommodation!

Husband preferred the linen sheets than fleece sheets.

Shirley has a great place to stay. Safe area, clean and comfortable and food to die for.

The breakfast was so good, I was stuffed. Fresh Fruit, Juice, Coffee, German Pancakes, Home made butter and syrup, and to top it off dessert. All very good. Our room was nice and comfortable. It was very clean. It is in walking distance from the casino too.

There is nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

I did not realize that I had booked a B&B. Shirley accommodated just fine. Expected a motel but this was more personal and very inviting.

We enjoyed our stay at Breyhouse B&B; Shirley was wonderful and her food was delicious!

Shirley, the owner, was kind, friendly, and welcoming; she also had lots of good recommendations. She made us the most delicious breakfast! The homemade jams and cheesecake were so yummy. She also provided coffee and drinks in our room. We had an ocean view from our side window.

The only improvement would be to update the flooring and decor. It was cozy but dated.

Had a very nice visit and met some really nice people.

I really enjoyed our host, Shirley. Extremely friendly. She was GREAT!! She got the coffee ready for you to just turn on in the morning, she put drinks in the refrigerator, had popcorn in the room in case you wanted it. Lots of little things. And the breakfasts she prepared was exceptional!

No TV in the living room area. I had to be in the bedroom to watch TV. The home was a little older than I expected, but very neat and clean.

Breakfast was only available at 9:00 AM - no exceptions. We didn't bother.

Proprietor was rude and condescending. Room was small and it kind of felt like crashing at someone's house.

This is the best B&B I have ever been to. Shirley is super friendly and helpful, probably also the best host one can find :) Amazing view from the window! Two minutes walk to the each! And above all, I absolutely LOVE the decor of the place-it feels like a luxury room on a ship in with all the coast and antique style decor. The touring around the house itself makes me very happy. I am looking forward to going back!!

Warmest stay ever

Shirley is incredible! She cooks a delicious breakfast and is an unbelievable welcoming host. Room was comfortabel, with own kitchen, bathroom and even pooltable. :-) Very close to beach, calm neighbourhood. Home away from home

Very friendly hospitable, informational and kind. The location was excellent, access to the beach, and homemade German pancakes, with fresh Marion berries and raspberries. Also, had a full size pool table to use.

Shirley was a great host and we plan to return.

Shirley provided us with delicious breakfasts. We especially liked the raspberry butter, marionberry jam and cinnamon syrup She was accommodating with our requests. Even the 7 year old had a great time shooting pool and throwing darts during our down time. Beach right across the street. Casino and market within walking distance.

The property is very dated. Not necessarily seaside decor but more Grandmas attic. It was still charming.

A must stay if you are in Lincoln City!

Shirley was a wonderful host who blessed is with a yummy breakfast. She has a lovely view of the beach from her dining room while we ate our breakfast. We would come stay again in a heartbeat 💓!
