This oceanside property has 2 beds 2 baths and sleeps 6 with all updated appliances and furniture. There are kayaks and carts for the kayaks Bikes, BBQ Grill, ice machine on the property for your use . The home is on stilts with covered porch and sitting area with Table for relaxing and taking in the view. On Venture Out property, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, ocean access with a ramp at the marina with fuel, and tackle for your fishing needs. There is also a convience store for food and drink. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE GATE WILL CHARGE $125.00 DOLLARS FOR THE GROUP NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS! THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. IT is charged and collected solely by VENTURE OUT RESORT. That is a separate fee from the home and will be collected at the gate when you arrive. A parking permit will be given to you at the gate while you are renting the house only one car is permitted under the home. A nightly storage fee is collected by venture out for Boat/ trailer extra Vehicles storage on-site, Overflow parking lot.

We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed mornings on top deck slipping coffee. Used bicycles to explore the grounds. Rooms were nice size, everything needed was in kitchen. Everything was clean, organized and worked. The house was perfect for us. As for the resort, it was ok, except the wonderful huge pool was closed for 2 days when we arrived. We had planned to explore Key West so wasn't a deal breaker. If we return to that area we would definitely stay again.

Nice resort feel with many full time residents, but we did not feel like outsiders. Amenities were plentiful and trip to Key West took 25 minutes

We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from 2-13. Plenty of room for all of us and we really enjoyed the community. Very secure and we felt safe having our kids wander around as everyone was very friendly. The home had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. We will be back!

So many amenities. There was not a lack of things to do. The spare bath had major dust on the top of the shower and the light fixtures. The electric outlet on the island was sticking out, my husband is an electrician and fixed it did you. The water pressure in the spare bedroom was awful in the shower. Would have been nice to have a larger table in the spare room since it was the only place to set anything as well. Just preference. The property manager was super nice. So happy to have the extra ice below as the frig couldn’t keep up. We would definitely stay again however. We loved the park! Thanks for sharing your house!!

We enjoyed celebrating Christmas in the Keys. There was so much to do in the community. We really enjoyed our time.

Stayed with my huband and another couple. Loved the welcome pie in the frig! The house was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. However, the large palm tree at the back of the house hit the bedroom window all night when the wind was just right and we were never able to fully close and lock the front door (but felt safe in the gated community). Also bring deet if you're going to sit on the deck at sunrise or sunset.

Great property. Very spacious, extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our time. Did not use all the items that were at the house. Did use beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Did not use the bikes, kayaks or BBQ. The property was very secure. People were very nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Very nice place. Super clean, nice appliances. Has everything you need, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, the works. Beds are very firm. Gated complex with lots to do. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very cute, well equipped property. Slight problem with description of beds -- not ideal for 2 couples since only one queen in 1 room then two twins and trundle in other. (Pic showed queen in both.) Advised owner and corrected for future guests. Thus, not great for 2 couples but I'd pick it again for ourselves and grandkids. Plenty of room for small family. Lots of extras -- we didn't use them but there was a grill, bikes, kayaks, and more. Keep in mind $125 resort fee charged by resort not by owners. A bit high in my opinion. We didn't use any of the facilities. We didn't use pool because you could not have beverages in pool (even plastic or cans), had to go down ladder (difficult for seniors) to get in water at beach area. Again, I like to include good and bad in reviews but, yes, I'd pick this place again for a family.

Very clean, organized, and comfy stay. Close to key west. The fee at the gate is what it is but you may as well build it into the price of the stay. For those that can use it that’s great. For those that can’t just build it into your stay.

This property was great! The checkin instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The owners/managers were very responsive. Almost every communication was replied to in a matter of minutes with a quick resolution/ answer. The owners really thought of everything with regards to our needs. All amenities and appliances were in great order. There was the additional fee for the Venture Out neighborhood but it was well worth it. Our family really enjoyed the swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. We really enjoyed Kayaking, biking and fishing all with amenities available at this property. Unfortunately, our trip was shortened by a day because our vehicle broke down in Key Largo on our way in so we checked in a full day late. After 3 nights all of our kids were wishing we had more time. Great memories! Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Heaven. The home is even nicer than the pics. Everything is very clean, updated, and high quality. The front porch was my favorite spot. We really appreciated the bikes and used them everyday to get around the resort. The location on Cudjoe key is about 30 mins to Key West. Don't miss Boondocks right up the road for outdoor dining, live music, and mini golf. VO security was always visible and made us feel safe. Thank you Rick and Laura for the super high quality rental and for the crock pot delivery! We'd love to return some day.

We stayed for 5 nights thru the week. The trip overall was nice. The property was superb. Super clean, very nice. Great beds, perfectly furnished. I do wish we had a place directly on the water, and we weren’t prepared to put the kayaks on top of our car, which was a bummer because that made them basically useless. We’re From Ohio, and we’re just not prepared to be able to take advantage of all of the amenities, mainly the boats… probably could have reached out and figured something out but never did. Beautiful place.

We wanted to do a family fishing trip to the Keys but didn’t want the crowds so we went with Cudjoe. This place will NOT disappoint! It’s absolutely everything you could possibly want! We are extremely happy with our stay! We rode the bikes & caught fish with the poles. Didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but definitely plan on coming back next year to do so! The owners were friendly and the house itself is well stocked & clean! Already planning our 2024 return! Thank you so much!!!

This listing was exactly as stated. Everything needed for check in and check out was clear. Haven’t visited the community in 20 years and it’s even better than i remembered. Would love to come back soon. The extra key like touch to welcome us to the keys was much appreciated by the owners and property management.

Nice quiet secured gated neighborhood, the house is high enough that you can see over the tops of others and have a good view of the thunderstorms that roll in. House was as described, just bring your own coffee as there was none in the cupboards. The front door could use a little work as you have to push extremely hard to lock the front door, at times feeling like you were going to break the door before it closed far enough. The master bed is a memory foam which really didn’t work well for us. Check in was the big downfall for us on this trip. Check-in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4:40pm only to be told the property manager needed another 30 minutes for cleaning. It turns out the people that stayed in there before us were slobs which is terrible for them to clean up after so we can understand a little but check out was 11am. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place to stay, our second vacation in this community and would stay at this property again.

I was unable to attend this trip, but the group that went said the property was great. Cudjoe Key is a great fishing destination within a stones throw of Key West.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and welcoming. The resort itself was peaceful with everyone being really friendly. We didn’t have time to use the on-site recreation facilities as the main purpose of our short stay was to visit Key West which was an easy 30 min drive away. We enjoyed eating out at Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Boondocks. If we are ever visiting the Keys again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thanks for the key lime pie!

The house and property were perfect. Everything was super clean. The house was decorated beautifully. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a keys vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of Kayaks, beach chairs and even fishing poles. Our friend’s son landed and released a hammerhead shark at Marvin Key. That was very exciting! The amenities at Venture Out were excellent. Pool and hot tub areas were beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The house has everything and then some. Plenty of towels and kitchen needs. The house was very clean and comfortable. Depending on the time of day, it's a 30-45 minute ride to Key West or a20 minute ride to Bahai Honda State Park.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the keys are filled with great things to do. There are kayaks to use but you need a way to get them to the ramp which we didn't have. That was a bummer.
A couple hiccups along the way included no hot water for the first couple days, spotty wifi, and a master shower that leaks onto the bikes and kayaks. The property manager is very responsive and kept us up to speed about fixes.
Still, this place is a gem. I may look for waterfront next time, but if i don't find what I'm looking for, I'd stay here again.

This place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need plus more! I’m an extremely organized person and enjoyed how well things were labeled. Loved the Key Lime pie that the owners left for our family to enjoy. Best Key Lime pie we had in the keys! Thank you, for a really good vacation experience.

wonderful property and community. Enjoyed the exercise, yoga and pool aerobics. Bikes a big plus. The front, covered porch always cool with a nice breeze. Access to Key West really made it a great trip.
