This welcoming two-storey villa is the ideal place to spend your well-deserved holidays. It is located in the middle of olive yards, north of Alozaina, which ensures the privacy and quietness you’ll need to recharge your batteries.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms so that all the guests can be at ease. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed each, and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. The same floor also relies on one spacious bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub and a double washbasin. There is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor, together with a bedroom with a double bed and a gorgeous vintage wardrobe.
The living area, located on the ground floor, comprises a roomy dining-living room, with fireplace and extremely comfortable sofas, and a huge independent kitchen, where you will find all that you need to prepare yourself some mouth-watering menus. The style that runs throughout the villa is rustic, typical of the rural accommodations of southern Spain. This is a plus, as you can enjoy yourself in a quiet surrounding, but with all the comforts you are used to at home.
The outdoor area features a patio, where a private pool is located. And if you feel like cooking on the outside, you’ll be happy to know that there is a covered kitchen with a barbeque near the pool. There’s nothing else we can say, you’ll just have to come and discover this villa by yourself.
The access to the house is made possible by a 150 mt-long unpaved lane.

Very nice Villa, corresponds exactly to the photos. We had an excellent week. However, it was not noted that it was necessary to give a deposit of 300 €, and we were asked for the balance of the rental even though we had paid the stay in full before our arrival. Apart from that, nothing to complain about, excellent villa.

Sehr schöne Villa, entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Es wurde jedoch nicht vermerkt, dass wir eine Anzahlung von 300 € leisten mussten, und wir wurden nach dem Restbetrag der Miete gefragt, obwohl wir den Aufenthalt bereits vor unserer Ankunft vollständig bezahlt hatten. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, ausgezeichnete Villa.

Prachtige villa op een mooie locatie. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je komt tot rust en kunt genieten!
De eigenaren en hun dochter Cristina zijn echt geweldige mensen. Zij hebben een hart van goud!
Het dorp is dichtbij en heeft voldoende barretjes. Bar Nuevo is zeker een aanrader.
Wij hebben de regio maar zeker Alozaina en de mensen daar in ons hart gesloten.

Het huis is werkelijk groot en is van alle benodigdheden voorzien, 4 grote slaapkamers en 3 enorme badkamers. de ruimte rondom het huis, de stilte en natuur,alles is zeer goed verzorgd. Het zwembad is enorm en schoon. Het huis heeft ook een BBQ huisje die apart van het huis staat, wel zo makelijk. Het huis bevindt zich kort van de A weg en dat maakt dat het makkelijk toegankelijk is.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Cerca del pueblo, con un supermercado muy completo a 2km para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesite.

Hemos pasado una semana en julio genial en esta casa , ahí que estar ahí para disfrutarla , la barbacoa exterior y baño hace que prácticamente no entres en casa ,solo para descansar , la piscina genial para quitarte el calor que hace , las naranjas recién cogidas para los desayunos ,buenísimas ; también higueras y aguacates pero aún estaban pequeños

éste es tu alojamiento!!
La amabilidad por parte de los anfitriones (Paco y su Señora) es INMEJORABLE.
Las fotografías del alojamiento en la plataforma, son exactas.
Muy a destacar MOSQUITERAS EN TODAS LAS VENTANAS. Planta alta/baja.
La casa está llena de detalles, que facilitan la estancia. Desde electrodomésticos de primera calidad ( cosa que se agradece ) toallas varias… Productos de limpieza… hasta poder deleitarte con un zumo de naranja recién exprimido y recogido por ti mismo de sus alrededores...
( La propiedad se encuentra en un entorno perfecto, que llama a la tranquilidad.
Está rodeada de árboles frutales " aguacates y naranjos “ que Paco muy amablemente nos ofreció durante nuestra estancia.
Por las tardes, podrás hacer largos paseos con tus amigos peludos en sus alrededores, observar el paisaje a través , incluso si te animas, hacer alguna ruta.
El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de ensueño.
Cuenta con vallado a lo largo de toda la propiedad del mismo.
Entre otras…hemos podido disfrutar de una maravillosa cena, mientras observábamos las estrellas…
La piscina está equipada con hamacas de primera calidad y una barbacoa para toda la familia en la que podrás disfrutar de pleno.
Sólo a 2.5 km en coche tienes Casarabonela y Alozaina. En ellas pudimos localizar pequeños comercios con alimentos de temporada de la serranía. Todo un lujo, para los que venimos de las ciudades grandes en las que sólo tenemos supermercados y casi han desaparecido estos comercios. Resumiendo: Hemos salido totalmente renovados de nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. Sin duda, volveremos en otra ocasión. GRACIAS!! David-Lupe Y Sandra

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec 2 couples d'amis, la maison est très bien équipée et située au milieu des champs d'oliviers, au calme. La piscine est parfaite. Tres bon accueil du propriétaire. Les lieux de visite sont un peu éloignés (1h environ) mais nous souhaitions surtout nous reposer. À refaire sans hésitation.
