Contemporary accommodation, which is tastefully decorated and ready to cater to all of your needs; is located centrally between the township of Normanville and the Links Lady Bay golf course, which is one of South Australia's premier golf precincts.
This large, spacious two-story holiday home has 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 12 guests (8 adults max), 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room with a 2nd living room located downstairs and includes Wifi.
Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan living area, superbly appointed gallery kitchen with ample bench space, and stainless steel appliances complete with a coffee machine. A 12-person dining table perfect for those family gatherings and a comfortable lounge close by.
There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover bbq area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.
The master bedroom is also located upstairs, featuring a large ensuite, walk-in robe, and direct access to the decked balcony.
Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or teenagers to hang out in the large 2nd living area complete with a flat-screen smart Tv, dvd player, and a small kitchenette. You will also find the main bathroom and three other bedrooms downstairs which are made up of 2 queen size beds, 1 set of double bunks, and 1 set of single bunks.
This property also offers the convenience of having a bathroom located on both levels of the home and 3rd WC.
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and was designed with comfort in mind.
When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on!
Location: Bungala Fields, a short walk from the township of Normanville.
Bed configuration: 4 bedrooms, sleeps 12 (8 adults max), 2 full bathrooms to include a bath and a 3rd WC.
Bedroom 1 is located upstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 2 is located downstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs with 1 x double bunk bed (sleeps 4) and 1 x single bunk bed (sleeps 2).
Special Features: Spacious modern home.
Facilities: Modern appliances, DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine (guests must supply their own pods), laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Heating/Cooling: Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Pets: No pets
Fenced: Fully enclosed large rear yard.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
