Disappointing

I wake up at 12:00 mid night due to Mosquito and ask for room change, Reception said fully booked, no room. And staff come and said will give me something to spray . And staff come back with key for room at 6 floor but only 1 bed for 2 adults male. Many Many mosquito, very bad!

Location near the factory site.

The room was not properly clean and the window insulation is very bad and noise from outside can leak inside the room. The price is not cheap if compared to better hotels in the city downtown.

Overall, the hotel is having a good location (near the office), having a lot of choices when you want to eat outside.

The location in Soekarno-Hatta is near to the office. It helps us to work and doing a duty trip. The hotel also surrounded by a lot of restaurant that you can easily drive there.

We still need to remind the staff to clean our room.

Overall, our stays here is fun. It still proper to bring your family and kids to stay here.

The location is very close to the Office. The swimming pool is good and the hotel also the staff are quite kids friendly.

Somehow we still need to remind the hotel staff to clean our room. But overall it was good.

Everthing beside that one thing

For the family room of 4 pax, there is a step to go to the bathrooms, and it's kinda hard for elderly who have trouble of walking to go to the bathroom

Nothing

Many ! Room too dark , tv too small , bathroom to dark and the room floor so dirty until when my feet up into bed will leaves foot print , the location far from city center
