About this house rental

Beautiful Single story home, recently remodeled, fully furnished with modern decor, recessed lights, cathedral ceiling in living room, Tile flooring throughout the house, laminate flooring in bedrooms and Bonus room, central A/C and Heat. Private laundry room with new washer and dryer. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a huge 400 Sq.ft of bonus room. Bonus room may be used as 4th bedroom or entertainment room. It has a blue queen sofa bed, round table & chairs for your poker night, TV, computer desk, and Foosball table. Kitchen with Island is equipped with all appliances and gadgets you need to dine and wine, along with various dishes and silverware. The family room has a huge sectional couch to relax on while watching your favorite TV show or enjoying your glass of wine by the cozy fireplace. Master bedroom with queen bed, has its own private bath with stand up shower. 2nd bedroom furnished with queen bed and the 3rd bedroom that has a single bed and a full size bed is right across the guest bathroom that is built with a new tub. This home has many areas to spread, you could be sitting in the family room reading your book or watching TV, while the other party is playing a game in the bonus/entertainment. Another great floor plan is that all bedrooms are far away from the living room and kitchen area. The large size Backyard has a large heated pool, BBQ area, and plenty grassy area for your dogs to run around or your kids to play around. This home is walking distance to El Paseo and within 1 mile range from the mall, supermarkets, city center, and many Golf courses. The driveway is large enough to park 4 cars or even your RV/boat. Large Pool can be heated with prior notice and additional fee/day. Gas, water, electric, trash, sewer, High speed internet/WiFi, internet TV, weekly pool service, bi-weekly gardener, and monthly pest service are all included in the rate.

Very responsive host, any requests were immediately answered and handled. Location is close to everything (hiking, shopping, target, groceries). Neighborhood only so-so. Actual home is fairly basic, but clean, comfortable. Could stand some external landscaping by pool, fairly stark and uninviting
